New Releases Week of December 9th 2025

Small drop today! Lots of pastel colors, which I am very surprised at. Wasn't expecting Tea Rose or Pelican colors for winter. Although the Pelican Scuba Hoodie can almost work as an off winter white. Nothing for me this week! I woud love to see Athleta release something similar to the Daydrift Herringbone Pant for petites! The Heathered Olive Brown looks so good. Let me know what you think and what are you hoping to see from Lululemon this holiday season?

(This looks so nice, would love this if it came out in petite sizing. Short is still not short enough!)

(Petite length is 28")

(This whole set looks so cute.)

  1. Love that they are bringing herringbone back. Reminds me of the lulu from the good ol days. Its renewed my interest in the define jacket. Wish the prices were like the good ol days. I’ve notice a lot of the flowy wide legged pants in petite /short sizing tend to be really long because they’re supposed to almost drag on the floor rather than sit at the ankle like a 25 or 26 inch inseam would. This is not only the case for lulu. It’s the same for other brands like athleta and banana republic. But it’s great that lulu provides free hemming so if you love the pants enough you have that option. Thanks for posting! Cindy

    1. Hi Cindy! I did happen to feel the herringbone at the store over the weekend and it doesn't feel as soft as it did in the years past. It used to make me go oooooohhhh and I would want it, but the recent ones only felt okay, not as luxe to me.

I know I can always get them hemmed but I never end up making that happen. But you're right I could if I really love the pants!

    2. Ahhh I was afraid that would be the case as so many things over time seem to have changed in the fabrics they use. I remember the feel of the old Love tees and tanks were a nice cottony fabric and now it just feels different.

  2. Nothing for me and I was hoping to see more special items for the holidays. The Scuba Plush Hoodies were gone in no time and I didn’t even get to see it in Heathered Black Plum or Heathered Sequoia! :(

The glittery accessories are the only items that look festive. I must say they are kind of cute but not my cup of tea. I did get the Fast Track Bag in two colors from WMTM though and are pleasantly surprised. I am wearing them as crossbody bags and they do hold a lot of stuff.

Another great purchase I got from LLL lately is the Waterproof Beyondfeel Running Shoes in Riverstone. The gorgeous color is what caught my attention and it’s even prettier in person. The toe box is a tad narrow for my liking but the shoes are super comfortable. Thanks to Leslie for recommending the Beyondfeels and they are definitely worth the price.

Nothing for me from Athleta and I’m disappointed that the Cozy Karma Sweatshirt didn’t make a comeback. It’s one of my most loved items from Athleta.

    1. Hi Andrea! I don't know anyone that got a Scuba Plush. Where are they?? It's so weird. I would love to get just one!

I saw the glittery accessories at the store, while they are cute none of it was for me personally. They also felt a little scratchy with the glitter and that is a little bit of a turn off.

I'm really happy the Fast Track Bag worked out for you! You're so welcome for the Beyondfeel Running shoe rec. I'm eyeing another pair of maybe the Split Shift Running shoe in Atmospheric Purple.

It's surprising Athleta didn't bring back the Cozy Karma Sweatshirt. It's always been a best seller for them in the past. Maybe they released something similar this year? I'll have to take a look.

    2. It looks like they only released it in the 1/2 zip sweatshirt and a dress this year. 😢

    3. What a shame! I really miss the unique neckline design of the Cozy Karma Sweatshirt.

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...
