Fit Review! Frank & Eilleen Dublin Sweatshirt Blazer and Eileen Relaxed Button Up Shirt Italian Flannel

I can't believe it's November. This year is really going by fast. It's definitely fall weather here in Atlanta and heading towards winter now that it gets dark so early. I hate this time of the year. It's probably why I just want to live in my cozy clothes and Frank & Eileen definitely delivers in that department.

For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typically wear size XS. I also wear size 4/6 in Lululemon and PXS in Athleta.

Length of the sleeves cuffed and uncuffed.

The Dublin Sweatshirt Blazer has got to be the comfiest blazer I've ever tried on. It's made of sweatshirt material and it's casual enough that I don't feel super dressed up but at the same tine it's office friendly. Best of both worlds!

This is actually my second one of these blazers. I also have one in Navy. I'm wearing size XS and I think it's petite friendly, except the sleeves are a tad long. I like to cuff them up once.

It is an open front blazer, so no closures or buttons. I wear it like a cardigan that I throw over pretty much anything. By the way, you can machine wash and dry and they come out looking like new. No dry cleaning for this brand. Which is another reason why I love their clothes.

The length looks and feels great in size XS.

Is it pricey for what it is? Absolutely. I wait until their end of season sale to make my purchases. Just keep an eye out, but once the sale starts do not hesitate because size XS sells out pretty fast. It's typically up to 40% off. Sometimes you can find items for 70% off, which is so good. F&E is hard to pass up when it's on super sale.

I really love their flannel button up shirts. I'm wearing size XS and there's a chance I would fit into size XXS, but I prefer a relaxed fit. For a more fitted look, definitely size down.

This is a medium weight flannel and feels super soft and cozy. I have worn it on its own and under a blazer or vest.

Sleeve length is a little long, but I always roll them up.

Slightly longer length in the back that offers full coverage.

Frank & Eileen is pricey, but when it's on sale, I think it's 100% worth it. Let me know if you have any F&E pieces and if yes, which items are your favorite? The Dublin Sweatshirt and the Mini Belfast peacoat are a must have for fall weather. That's it for me! Hope you all have a fabulous start to November!

  1. The flannel looks so cozy! I love the whole outfit, but I have no use for a blazer. If I did though, I'd definitely pick one up based on your review. Comfy and no dry cleaning, amazing!

    1. Hi there! I wear the flannels a lot during the fall/winter. I admit I only really wear the blazers to the office, although I should try pairing them with jeans on a weekend out for a more elevated look than my usual hoodies!

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...
