New Releases Week of September 29th 2025

Early drop today because tomorrow is Truth and Reconciliation Day in Canada. Nothing for me but I am very interested in a few polishes from Mooncat's latest Danse Macabre collection that dropped last week! Athleta's Friends and Family Event also ends today. Let me know if anything caught your eye!

(If I were in my Abercrombie phase, I would love this!)

(If this isn't too oversized, it might have potential.)

(I saw this at the store yesterday but the length is way too long, but it feels incredibly soft!)

(Too bad it has a giant logo front and center 😑)

(They sure are really into logos!)

Mooncat Danse Macabre Collection!

(Definitely picking up a few of these when my no-buy challenge is over!)

Athleta Friends & Family Ends Today!

  1. Nothing for me, but I am happy to see more in the BeCalm line. I love the material but haven't liked the very limited options so far. Hopefully we'll see more.

    1. Hi LZ! Me too. It feels soooo nice, but I wonder if it's delicate.

  2. The bowler bag shape is cute!

The soft stream full zip is finally something that is not cropped which is promising.

    1. Hi AC! Right? I love a bowler bag. Wish the logo was smaller. If I see the Softstreme Full Zip at the store I'll give it a try-on.

  3. I'm liking the Softstreme Wrap Front Top, but I wish it was a couple of inches longer. I might order it at some point just to see how short it is.

I'm glad they made a Softstreme Full Zip that's longer, but I'm not sure I like it with the bubble hem. It looks like it could be pretty poofy. I think Nightmoth is so pretty in that fabric!

    1. Hi Lola! I like the Softstreme Wrap Front Top but agree that it is likely too cropped. It's cute though. The bubble hem on the Softstreme Full Zip might be okay. I would like to check it out in person. Loving Nightmoth!

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

Review! Balenciaga Rodeo Bag Size Small Plus Video

You all know I love my bags, and as a Balenciaga collector, I don't often stray from the City and First style. The Rodeo (pronounced like Rodeo Drive) really caught my eye. It gives off a slouchy Hermes Kelly vibe, but way more practical to use.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall. Balenciaga Rodeo Bag Small The Rodeo can be carried a few ways. It comes with a crossbody strap that is not adjustable but it is removable. Not sure why anyone wouldn't add a few extra holes to make a strap adjustable these days. Come on Balenciaga! Do better! The top handle is a bit too long for this to work anyhow, I feel like the top handle gets in the way. It sticks out and doesn't sit well in my opinion. I wouldn't carry this bag crossbody unless it was an unforeseen emergency and I really needed my hands free. This bag looks more chic carried by the handle or crook of the arm. It also looks nice left open with the help of the flap tucked in. The Rodeo resembles the Kelly bag ...

Fit Review Friday! Allbirds Tree Glider - 15% off Your Purchase!

Hi everyone! I'm posting from New Orleans. I'm hitting up a Lululemon while I'm here. I always like to visit other Lululemon stores when I'm traveling. I was planning on having an Aviator Nation review for you guys but Hurricane Helene threw my plans out the window. So I will try and have it up when I get back to Atlanta. In the meantime, here's an Allbirds review.  For reference my street size is 5.5. I'm usually a 5.5 in Allbirds, but for the Tree Gliders they run large. I took these in a size 5. Definitely size down. I've partnered up with Allbirds! Super excited to share my  personal link . Click on  my link  for a 15% off.  Tree Glider Natural White Beige/Blizzard Sole  Size 5 I went to visit the Allbirds store in Avalon and got to try these on in person. I love how they use their shoe laces as the handle to carry the shoe box. It's really cool and love how sustainable they are. Even the packaging is well thought out. Plus you get an extra pair ...
