New Releases Week of September 23rd 2025

Lots of Red Clay today. Somewhat of a boring drop from Lululemon. Vuori has a new color - Raisin which is a deep dark purple. I kinda dig it. Athleta is also having their Friends & Family event with 30% off almost everything! I am trying not to look too hard so I don't get tempted. 😅 Only 7 days to go until October!

(This print looks familiar.)

(This is cute! Could have also turned this into bag.)

  1. I agree, it was a boring drop today. Red Clay looks a lot like Twilight Rose to me - it's kind of pretty, but the pieces it was released in don't interest me.

I saw that Raisin color on Vuori the other day. I like it :) A heathered version would be even better.

I'm holding strong on the no-buy! I've steered clear of the Athleta sale, because if I look, I will probably cave. Luckily, they have sales quite often, so maybe I'll catch the next one.

    1. Hi Lola! Yep all the colors just blend with each other now haha.

I definitely prefer heathered over solids. Heathered tends to mask lint and cat hair. 🤣

Nice! Agree, Athleta has sales quite often so I don't feel too bad about missing it. Plus I keep telling myself, I don't need anything anyway!

    2. Well, I spoke too soon about the no-buy. The CrossCity Sneakers that I have been eyeing for months went on markdown this morning. I checked out so fast, lol! I'm still proud of myself that I've only made one purchase this month.

    3. Still a win! Only 5 days to go and if you want to can extend the no-buy an extra week to make up for it. I do that sometimes. 😅 Luckily nothing I had in my cart is on WMTM, otherwise I might have caved too.

  2. I was hoping for 25" Aligns in Dusty Lilac. It is so, so pretty! I'm also interested to try the A/B Flow Y Evolve Bras. Maybe they've fixed the straps that were too long and band that was too tight?

    1. Hi LZ! I have never tried that bra before. I really only wear Ebb To Street Crop Tanks! Two in one and don't have to think about what bra or tank to wear. Yes, I am that lazy! I just stick to what works for me.

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...
