Happy September! I stopped by Lululemon to see if they had the Luxtreme Slim Fit Pull On MR Cropped Pant, and they did not. I will have to order them online. They did have the Scuba Oversized Full Zip Hoodie Waffle in Heathered Warm Ash Gray I was so happy to be able to see this in person and compare it with Heathered Graphite Gray.
For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typically wear size 4/6 and XS/S in Lululemon.
I decided to take the Warm Ash Gray home with me! If I really love the fit and feel, I will probably go back for the Graphite Gray. You really can't go wrong with either one. I guess I need to get rid of a couple of my hoodies in my closet. I have way too many.
Did you order a Scuba in waffle? Do you love it? Let me know in the comments! I am hoping the fabric will not snag easily. If it does, I will not be getting a second one. That's it for me! ReplyDeleteI saw the Waffle Scuba in person over the weekend. While the fabric is nice and soft, I find it too thin and doesn’t justify the price. It does look cute on you though and the sleeves are not overly long.
It’s getting cooler lately and I can finally wear my hoodies. :)

Hi Andrea! The price is high. I almost wonder if it's because of the tariffs. I'm expecting prices to really go up in the US. But the weight is perfect for the weather here in Atlanta. The regular versions are too hot for most of the year in Atlanta. This is more versatile for me. I'm still waiting for the temperature to drop some more before I can wear this!

Hi Janessa! Agree, it has a better drape. Graphite Gray is fairly common, but it's also so easy to wear.
DeleteI got the waffle hoodie and pants in Blue Twill. Pants are currently being hemmed (so long for shorties!). The Midwest is just now starting transitional weather and I think the weight of these will be perfect. Yes, expensive, but I agree that this will be so much more versatile than the regular Scuba.
ReplyDeleteHi Carolyn! The waffle set is super cute. Agree, it is expensive, but if I wear it more often than the regular version, it'll be worth it cost per wear. I'm so bad at getting things hemmed, that I will no longer buy if it doesn't fit. I have a pair of Athleta pants I love but never got to hemming them, and they're just sitting in my closet! I keep saying, one day.... lol.
