Fit Review! Lululemon Lightweight Foldover Waist Jogger and Banana Republic Oversized Cotton Silk Crew Neck T-Shirt

Hope you all had a lovely weekend. I have a quick review of Lululemon's Lightweight Foldover Waist Jogger that I had previously tried on at the store, but waited until it hit WMTM to bring them home. They are really comfortable and I know I'll be wearing these all the time when fall comes around. I also found a super soft tee from Banana Republic.

For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typically wear size 4/6 or XS/S in Lululemon. I also wear size PXS in Banana Republic.

(on sale $89)

I also purchased these joggers in Black, but the Mauve Gray photographs better. I'm wearing size XS and they are very stretchy at the waist. I could have fit the XXS, but my hips are just a tad too big, otherwise I would have suggested sizing down. My hips are 34.5 inches or so.

The waistband feels like Nulu and it's very stretchy. You can fold the waist down as far as you like or keep them high rise. It's up to you. The inseam measures 28 inches and they are meant to be full length joggers. These joggers are petite friendly due to the elastic cuff.

The fabric on the outside does have a crinkly texture to it, but it's very soft. The inside is lined with very thin Swift fabric. Even though these joggers are lined, they still feel very lightweight. I am really surprised at how much I like these!

Lastly, this Banana Republic tee is super soft and oversized. I'm wearing size XS but could have easily went with XXS. The fabric is very thin, but not sheer. (The white color is semi-sheer.) The length offers full coverage. It's a very casual tee and drapes well. Would definitely recommend if you can get it on sale.

That's it for me! Hope you all have a wonderful Monday.

  1. The Foldover waist would shift too much for me. I do like the street style look but the crinkly fabric is not my favorite. It does look cute still! I got the Align Tank Cami on sale and really like it! And also the Align pants in Solar Grey. My recent LLL purchases for myself :D

    1. Hi Janessa! Yeah, the crinkly fabric isn't for everyone, but it's actually quite soft, I am happy with how silky it feels. Glad you found something for yourself at Lululemon! I know it's been a while since you made a purchase there.

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...
