This is the last of my Twilight Rose haul! I also posted some proper photos of the Another Mile Vest in case anyone was on the fence. I think it's the perfect vest for running and running errands! I've already wore it out and loved it during my outdoor 5 mile walk. I also stopped by Lulu over the weekend and took some photos of their Disney display.
For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typically wear size 4/6 in Lululemon.
I already have this jacket in Bone, but wanted to see if I would happen to like Twilight Rose more. 😅 It was a total risk because if I did like Twilight Rose more, I would have to decide if I really wanted to keep both colors or re-home Bone. Thankfully, I decided Twilight Rose doesn't look as sharp as Bone.
I'm wearing my usual size 4. Maybe it's all the wrinkles that are more apparent in Twilight Rose? In person, it didn't look as cute as I thought it would. Trust me, my bank account breathed a big sigh of relief. 😆
I already reviewed this vest a couple of weeks ago when I did a store try-on, but wanted to share some better photos. If you want to see the original review, here it is.
I'm wearing size 6 and I think it's a perfect fit for a light layer underneath. I still think this vest looks way cuter in person than it does in the photos.
It's been a long time since I bought a new top for working out. I have so many of these tanks that I only have to do laundry every other week, but decided Nightfall was too pretty to pass up, especially since it went on markdown.

I'm wearing my usual size 6 and I'm happy to report that the fit is still the same! It hasn't changed at all. I was worried that I would need to size up. Color is fantastic. But I have a weakness for purple things.
The Disney display was front and center as soon as you walked in. There were a lot of people looking at the items, but didn't seem like it was moving as fast as I thought it would. The collab just doesn't seem on-brand. But I'm sure there are people out there who absolutely love it! That's it for me, hope you all have a great start to a brand new week.

ReplyDeleteSince you have the original version of AEJ in Spiced Chai, you don’t really need one in Twilight Rose! I was tempted to get it (oh and Grey Oasis!!!) too, but I already have AEJ in Oil Grey and Taupetastic, and haven’t been wearing them that much.
Another Mile Jacket looks cute on you and it’s a perfect layer on a cool morning.

Hi Andrea! HA that's hilarious that you remember I had the original in Spiced Chai. I ended up selling it on Poshmark. It was a size 2 and I prefer size 4 now.

ReplyDeleteHi Janessa! Love Twilight Rose. The AEJ is one of those pieces I just throw over anything, but I will say that there's a small window to wear it unless you layer a hoodie underneath for colder temperatures.
