Allbirds Tree Gliders Plus 15% Off Your Purchase!

I've partnered up with Allbirds! Super excited to share my personal link. Click on my link for a 15% off.

If you've been here for a while, it used to be a pair of free socks, but I think we can all agree 15% off is better! The code also stacks on sale items as well. I know many of you are in Canada, and I have reached out to see if there was something for my Canadian friends. When I get a response, I'll post an update.

For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds, For Tree Gliders I sized down to size 5. They run large.

These are my second pair of Tree Gliders and they're currently my favorite walking shoe. They do run at least half a size large. I'm normally size 5.5 in Allbirds, but for these I wear size 5.

The sole does have a decent amount of grip, especially compared to Tree Dashers. If you're looking for even more traction, Tree Flyer 2s have the best grippy sole.

I love the yellow trim in this design, it really makes the shoes pop a little more. For my second pair of Tree Gliders I wanted something a little more fun than my Natural White/Beige which goes with everything. The Black/Basin Blue gives a retro vibe.

I do have to warn you that they initially squeak walking indoors, but with a bit of dirt on the bottom, the squeaking goes away, I promise!

How many pairs of Allbirds is too many? I'm asking for a friend. 😅 I'll have to make some more room for my newest pair. They're just too comfy and I love a new pair of kicks, not gonna lie. Especially when they're new, they look so fresh and clean. That's all I have for you today. Here's to a productive Monday!

  1. Hi Leslie,
I have a dozen pairs of Allbirds and they are hands down the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn! Sadly the Canadian website only has limited color options and we are missing all the fun colors! :( The Natural Black/Basin Blue (Blizzard Sole) color combo you tried on is indeed only available in men's sizes on the Canadian site.

I'm happy with the 12 pairs of Allbirds I have on hand and unless an interesting color comes out, my wallet is safe.

    1. Hi Andrea! I'm in the same boat as you, maybe plus two more lol. That sucks they aren't adding new colors to the Canadian website. I wonder if they think the market just isn't there. Do you ever see other people wearing Allbirds?

    2. I’ve never seen anyone else wearing Allbirds and I know the Canadian market is way smaller than the U.S. market. :(

  2. Congrats on the referral code, Leslie! I hope it will be available to use on the Canadian site too!

I too have an embarrassing number of pair of Allbirds now. I agree with Andrea - the Canadian site has become really boring as of late. There hasn't been anything that has caught my eye in a long time. My wallet is safe as well.

    1. Thanks Lola!! I hope so too. I always feel bad when codes don't apply to everyone.

  3. Hi Leslie! Merry Christmas! Thanks for your fit review on the Tree Gliders! I think I'll order the grey ones! I just counted and I have 6 pairs of Allbirds shoes--I love all of them! I wish they would make your promo code valid for Canadian orders too!

    1. Hi Karen! Merry Christmas! Haha, I think I have at least a dozen pairs of Allbirds right now. They are all I wear. I did ask about extending the code to Canada, but they told me not at the moment. So sad. I will keep asking and hoping it changes.

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...
