HAPPY OCTOBER! This was a huge drop! I do like a couple of things, but man the prices of the wool jackets are insane. Loving Dramatic Magenta and Storm Teal comeback colors. Lululemon is really branching out to regular clothing. Corduroy skirts, satin midi skirts, it's refreshing to see new items that's not the same old Hotty Hot shorts in another shade of pink. That said, are there any fit requests? I am 1000% sure the wool jackets are not petite friendly at all, but I'm still so curious to see in person. What do you think of today's drop? Did you get anything? Are you excited for any of it? I particularly love seeing Rose Gold hardware on the EBB 2L! 😍

Wow, $498 for this wool coat! I kinda like it, looks classic in the camel brown color. I'm just 100% sure it won't be petite friendly unless maybe I try the XXXS? 😬
(Husband Here: back in the 70s and 80s, one of my aunts would wear a coat like this with a 1920s style women's bucket hat. It's also interesting that it looks like Lululemon chose a slightly older model for this coat as well.)

(Husband Here: the wrinkles of this shirt look weird and not flattering and she's really thin, so that makes it even weirder because most of the time, thinner models can pull off almost any look.)

(Husband here: The model's proportions seem off like it's almost a bad photoshop job and makes it hard for me to think how I feel about this shirt. If this isn't an edited photo of the model, then this shirt feels like it's more for taller women or women with a longer torso.)
(This is very BR or J.Crew. Interesting... I guess they realize athleisurewear truly is dying and they need to branch out.)
(Husband here: I agree with Leslie; this is interesting. It feels like LLL is trying to diversify its offerings, especially with more companies mandating full time return to office. It's a smart decision on LLL's behalf but I don't know if this style will work. I don't see many professional women wearing this skirt style.)

Oh Leslie it was 3:30 p.m. EST when I checked out the new releases and my size was already sold out (most sizes indeed!) in the Wunder Puff Jacket color Oil Grey/Belgian Blue! It is ridiculous!!! :(

Hi Lola! Can't believe how fast Wunder Puffs sell out in Canada. Is it already very cold where you all live? It's still nearly 80 during the day here, no need for a coat still. But realistically, the only time I really need the WP jackets are for the month of January and maybe February here. It's such a mild winter!
DeleteNothing for me this week, but I agree it's nice to see some new designs! I added the Wundermost Ultra-Soft Nulu Long-Sleeve Cut-Out Bodysuit to my cart for when it (hopefully) goes on sale. I think it will be cut for going out + the holidays.

DeleteI just tried on the City Sleek Extra Wide Pants. I knew they would be too long, but I actually kinda liked them. There’s not enough crotch length for me, so I know they would ride up all day. The wide cut is cute and not too overwhelming, though.
DeleteOh wow, I would never have tried those on just based on the length and they look like they're very high rise. Were they comfortable and would you get them hemmed?
DeleteI thought everything was really comfortable except for the length of the material from the crotch to the waist. I have a long torso, and it just wasn't enough length to stay out of my crotch. They are the perfect high rise. Otherwise, I would definitely grab them on sale and go through the hemming process.

DeleteLove your husband’s comments! I haven’t ordered anything from Lulu in a long time, even stopped looking at the new drops each week! But I need a new lighter winter jacket so ordered the Pack it Down (short) in Deep Luxe. It will arrive tomorrow so I’ll decide then if it’s a keeper.
