Review! Lululemon Everywhere Crossbody Bag 2L Rose Blush

I have another bag review today! I was definitely curious to see if this bag would be a good transition from the Everywhere Belt Bag (EBB) that I love so much. Sometimes the EBB can be just a tad on the small side. I usually have a hard time fitting in my sunglasses along with my iPhone. The Everywhere Crossbody Bag is bigger while maintaining the same silhouette as the EBB.

For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall.

also wearing:
Aviator Nation Short Size Medium (loose fit)

I love that the strap is removable and adjustable. I have it set so the bag hits at my hip. The strap itself is slightly thinner than the EBB strap. It feels very comfortable on my shoulder.

Simi always!

Please check out my video to see what fits inside the bag!

Let's take a closer look at the details. This bag does have a few logos. There's a side Lululemon tab, which I could do without. I much prefer the Lululemon logo in the hardware on the right corner. Much more tasteful and discreet. The zipper pulls also have Lululemon on it.

The clips are slightly hard to use. I would have preferred a dog leash clip. But I am grateful that the strap is removable. That's a big plus. If you do not like the strap you can always swap it out for a different one. You could also use this bag as a clutch if you wanted to.

Hardware is silver.

The back pocket is roomy, it can easily fit an iPhone 15 pro. There is no zipper closure for this pocket though. It's wide open which makes it easy to get the phone in and out, but there's the potential for it fall out, although I think that would be very unlikely. It's deep enough that I think it's fairly secure.

The inside of the main compartment is exactly the same as the EBB. No difference at all. There's the zippered pocket on one side and two mesh pockets on the opposite side.

The front zippered pocket opens up two two more additional mesh pockets. While this makes it great for organization, I also think it's a little unnecessary. I don't carry that many little things in my bag. I guess it's always good to have options though!

Here's the EBB and Everywhere Crossbody bag next to each other. While the Everywhere Crossbody Bag can fit a lot more than the EBB, I'm not totally sure it's worth the $78 price tag. I think I would have capped it at $68, so it's not too far off. However, the Rose Blush is more of a Lavender color than a pink color and I just wasn't feeling it. I decided to return the bag even though I do think it's a great everyday bag.

That's it for me! Let me know what you think of this bag. Have a wonderful Monday!

  1. The bag is so pretty and I love all the little compartments but I’m not sure how much of it I would use? I do like more than less I think… it’s not my favorite color but it is very pretty -Janessa

    1. Hi Janessa! Yep totally agree, it wasn't my color, I like either a deeper purple or a mauve pink or pink pink. This lilac just wasn't me. But I do like the bag itself!

  2. I really like all the compartments! But such a huge price jump though from the EBB plus the metal zippers aren’t as smooth 🙁

    1. Right?! That is such a big price jump. I wonder if the zipper issue was just mine? I'm hoping that's the case. I have to go to a store and see if the other zippers are better.

  3. Thanks for reviewing this new bag! I'm digging it a little more than the EBB. Are people still using belt bags? Haven't seen as many people using them compared to past years. Still very functional and I still use mine. Have a great week ahead.

    1. Hi Jean L! I still see some people using the EBB, but definitely not as much as last year. I still use mine from time to time though, they are very nifty bags and super easy to use.

  4. Good bag review and video yet again! The construction of the bag and design is well thought out, but at the end of the day still a nylon bag 😅 so hard to justify. For some reason I feel like the back pocket would benefit from some type of closure

    1. Hi AC! Thanks so much! I do agree to some extent, I would have preferred some kind of closure for the back pocket. But I'm sure that would have added another $10 to the price LOL!

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...
