Allbirds Store Visit! Fit Review Tree Runner Go and Tree Dasher 2 - Plus 15% Off Your Purchase!

Hope you're all having a nice weekend! There is an Allbirds store about twenty minutes away from me. I wanted to check out the new Tree Runner Go and see how they fit.

For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds. Sometimes I size up to a 6 depending on the style.

The new Tree Runner Go is predominately displayed right when you walk into the store. There were a bunch of colors look at. I mainly wanted to see the Rugged Purple, however they are a limited edition color and available online only. At least at this particular location.

(This is a need!)

Basin Blue is a brighter blue with hints of navy.

(Currently on sale for $96.)

The store did not have my usual size 5.5, but they did have a size 6 for me to try. Size 6 is slightly too long in the heel, but still okay for me. I have a feeling size 5.5 would have been a little too small, especially since I like to wear thick socks. I went ahead and placed an order for Rugged Purple in size 6. I'm super excited! The SA told me these should have the same fit and feel as the Wool Runner 2. The sole is thick and bouncy with a lot of support.

I also saw the Tree Dasher 2 in Rugged Purple, but decided I liked the look of it in the Tree Dasher Go a little more. Which do you think looks better in Rugged Purple?

I have been wanting a pair in Rugged Beige and tried it on in size 6. Surprisingly, this was a perfect fit. 😍

So yeah, I took these home with me. I think they look really good with my Vuori Boyfriend Cargo Jogger. Speaking of Vuori, they are having a pretty good sale right now! My favorite Performance Jogger in Pale Heather Camo is on sale for $65

That's it for me! I am loving the new colors from Allbirds lately. How many pairs is too many? Asking for a friend! 😅 This is the last week of May, let's make it a good one!

  1. Hi Leslie,
I'm a sucker for anything purple and Rugged Purple is so pretty! Can't decide if I like it in Tree Dasher 2 or Tree Runner Go though. The thicker sole of Tree Runner Go looks a bit bulky to me. Might order both if they show up on the Canadian site.

I already have a dozen pairs of Allbirds and still counting LOL!

    1. Hi Andrea! I love Rugged Purple, I might end up getting it in Tree Dasher 2 later if it goes on sale.

Same, I had so many I had to clear some out. I try and keep it to 12 or less at any time haha!!

  2. I love that Rugged Purple! I'd really like to try the Tree Dasher Go - I've been stalking the Canadian website in hopes they pop up! I also have too many pairs of Allbirds, but I wear them all the time :)

    1. Hi Lola! Same here, I pretty much only wear Allbirds now. I'm sure Canada will get Rugged Purple soon! If you try the Tree Dasher Go, let me know what you think of them. =)

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...
