My Birthday Post Plus 10 Things I Can't Live Without!

Thank you all for the birthday wishes! Every year I like to write a birthday post. Since my birthday fell on Upload Day, it had to wait until today. Sushi and ramen are my two favorite things to eat. First stop, MF Sushi, one of our favorite sushi spots in Atlanta. The dessert was mochi and I'm not usually a fan of mochi, but it was surprisingly good. I think the chocolate syrup helped. 😆

I love ramen. Jinya has my favorite ramen, I always get the Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen, but I like to add an egg. It's only mildly spicy, so it's not too spicy. The protein is tofu and it's the silky kind which I prefer. 

The night of my birthday we went to Kid Cashew, and I'll post some of the food photos on my IG stories but we finished with chocolate cake and it was so good. 

Then my co-workers took me out for a birthday lunch and we went to Miller Union. The best thing there is this amazing churro with vanilla ice cream sandwich. The combination is so good, it puts me in a zone where all I can do is just nod my head and my eyes glaze over. Definitely worth all the calories! 

Next stop, I'm heading to New York to celebrate Lunar New Year with my family. Stay tuned for some New York food pics. I can't wait to see my grandma/family and friends! I do expect to eat a lot of yummy LNY food too.

My current favorite Aviator Nation Hoodie

• Aviator Nation (AN) Hoodie - I absolutely wear one nearly every single day. When I go back to New York this weekend, I'm definitely packing two AN hoodies with me. They're so soft and comfy. I. may or may not have two more hoodies on the way from last weekend's sale, 

Drunk Elephant Cleansing Bar

• I use this everyday when I shower. It's very gentle on the skin and also lathers up nicely. It's my go-to for the past few years and there's no plastic involved!

Parachute Percale Bedding

• This is the only bedding I will ever buy. It just makes the bed feel so luxurious. Super soft and cool to the skin. This is especially great for hot sleepers. We have three sets that we rotate. I've never been happier going to bed every night. Whenever I travel, even at nice hotels, I always miss my bed at home.

Balenciaga 😍

• I love carrying a nice purse. I'm a bit partial to vintage Balenciaga cities. The leathers are out of this world. This one here is almost 20 years old, it's from 2005. They really do not make leather purses like this anymore. I do have a Youtube video coming up that showcases my Balenciaga collection. Stay tuned!

• Not sure if I ever mentioned that my sister had to get gum surgery on all four quadrants of her mouth because her gums were receding so much some of her jawbone was exposed! All because she didn't floss. Not only was it super painful, but it was also $6000 out of her pocket and that's with insurance. 😳 So ever since, I have been flossing diligently everyday. • I love this body lotion. This is what I use everyday after I take a shower. I even have a bottle of this at my parent's house. I go through one of these everysix months or so. It leaves my skin soft and it has a light fragrance that goes away.

Birkenstock Slipper

• I have a confession, I really hate walking barefoot even if it's inside my house, I just can't stand it. I have to wear slippers all the time at home. My bare feet cannot touch the floor. 😂 My husband says I have too many slippers, but TBH I am dying to get these Birkenstocks. 

Rishi Jasmine Green Tea

• I love nail polish. Mooncat makes the best colors and formulas I have ever tried in my 30 something years of using nail polish. Today (2/9) they are releasing a new collection called Seasons of Persephone. I definitely want four colors from the collection. 😍
