Review! Lululemon's Large Everywhere Belt Bag Size Comparison Plus Video!

Happy Friday! I can't believe it's almost Halloween! I actually have a dentist appointment on Halloween. One of my molars chipped and needs to be filled in. It's a tiny chip that I didn't even notice until my dentist pointed it out to me during my last visit. I'm not looking forward to it at all since I will need local anesthesia. Anyway, today I have a belt bag size comparison review for you all!

For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typically wear size 4 in Lululemon tops and bottoms.

From Top To Bottom:
Mini Belt Bag Brier Rose

also wearing:
Scuba Oversized Full Zip Hoodie Natural Ivory Size XS/S

This is the Large Everywhere Belt Bag in Gray Sage. It's double the size of the regular Everywhere Belt Bag. There is also a $10 price difference between the two. I'm wearing the Scuba Oversized Full Zip and I feel like the bag doesn't look as big as it does in person in these photos. The bag literally covers most of my torso, especially in width.

From left to right-

When I took these photos, I did not have the Quilted Grid Belt Bag yet. It would be smack in the middle of the large and regular size EBB. Please check out the video below. The video shows what fits inside the Large Everywhere Belt Bag.

Details of the Everywhere Belt Bag Size Large

Everywhere Belt Bag Large Gray Sage measures 8.3" x 2.2" x 5.7"

In case you're curious the regular Everywhere Belt Bag measures 7.5" x 2" x 5" and the Mini Belt Bag measures 7.1" x 1.6" x 4.1"

This belt bag has all the same design aspects as the Everywhere Belt Bag. The main difference is the double zipper. This has pros and cons. Pros - having the second zipper placed at the top corner of the bag means the main zipper can slide open and closed without having to zip around the whole bag. This way there's no risk of having anything fall out. Cons - having the two metal zipper pulls next to each other makes a lot of noise when walking around. They will bang against each other and the noise is pretty noticeable.

The back zippered pocket is spacious and can fit almost any large phone and then some. It's so big, it can almost fit an iPad mini.

The inside has one main compartment. On both sides, there are mesh pockets for easy organization. Spare change, cash (does anyone still use cash these days?) I'm more likely to stash receipts and my lip balm in those mesh pockets. In the below photo the regular Everywhere Belt Bag can almost fit inside the large version. It's that spacious! Please check out the video for what fits. I would advise not to fill the bag up completely because it will feel like you're carrying a small brick and it can weigh down on shoulders after walking around all day. Just because you can, doesn't mean you should!

That's it for me! I hope you found this post helpful in deciding which size belt bag is right for you. Have a fantastic Halloween weekend!

  1. Thank you for the detailed review, Leslie! I returned the extended strap regular EBB in white opal since I really don't like the new strap. I like the idea of a larger EBB but maybe a regular purse serves a better purpose in this size range. Are you keeping the large EBB? I really love the grey sage color.

    Have a great weekend!

    1. Hi Wei, Thanks! I did not keep the large EBB, I felt it was just a bit too big, but the Quilted Grid Belt bag is about the perfect size IMO. It's the middle child between the Large and the regular EBB. I have it in gray sage and I really like it! I've been using it a lot lately.

  2. Thanks for the review! I think I'll stick with the OG bag. The others are either too small or too big for me.

On another note, we got a new color of LR 4" Hotty Hots in shipments this week. I think the code is for Blue Chill, which was a SW color, I think. They are really pretty, so I'm hoping for a HR 2.5' version or some other items in that color. Have a nice weekend!!

    1. Hi LZ- Ohhhh thanks for the heads up. I hope for more HR 2.5's HHs too because I'm constantly wearing those and need to do laundry quite often.

  3. Thanks for the review! I think I wouldn't mind getting one of the large belt bags. I like to carry lots of stuff :). The mini is kind of cute, but I wouldn't have any use for it. That side-by-side comparison of all three was extremely helpful!

I broke my no-buy this month and got the Softstreme Ribbed-Hem Pullover in Faint Lavender. I just threw it on today, and so far, I love it. It's comfortable and the cut of it is really flattering, in my opinion. The color is similar to Athleta's Tinsel Purple, but it's a shade lighter with less grey. If/when the ivory one hits WMTM, I might have to grab it too!

    1. Hi Lola, the Softstreme Ribbed-Hem Pullover looks really cute. Is it cropped? It looks short on the models. I love the Faint Lavender color, definitely the best color available.

    2. I actually thought it would be shorter than it ended up to be. I wore it with mid-rise jeans the other day, and I wasn't showing any skin unless I raised my arms. It hits me right at the hip in my usual size 4. I compared the length to one of my Pefectly Oversized Cropped Crews, and the length is about one inch longer.

    3. Ohhh I might have to try it. Sometimes the POCC feels just a little bit too short.

    3. Hi there, you're welcome. Happy to help! Which one did you go with?

  6. I recently bought the large bag based on your comparison and I’m so glad I did! The size doesn’t look overwhelming on me. I agree, if it’s full, it would likely be quite heavy. What I love is that is half-full with my normal bag contents and has plenty of room for sunglasses (I’m always annoyed by carrying my sunglasses around when not wearing them). My phone, an iPhone 11 Pro, also fits easily in the outside pocket.

    1. Hi there! So glad I was able to help out with your purchase. I still wear my EBBs on a regular basis after 3 years.

  7. I'm not a petite but I'm so happy for the size comparison. Definitely getting the large because I need space for my phone, my wallet and my work phone.

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...
