New Releases Week of October 18th 2022

Interesting drop today. I am loving the Ebb To Street Racerback Crop Tank in Rainbow. It's pricey at $78, but it is a special piece. The biggest news is we are finally getting Asia Fit!! So far only available in two items, but I will be waiting for the Aligns to drop in the regular HR, not the SHR. I'm actually pretty excited. Athleta has a lot of new items and will be placing an order to try a few things. Overall, a decent week. Let me know if you bought anything from this week's releases!

(I ordered this!)

(OMG Finally! Asia Fit!!)

(Why super high rise tho!)

(Loving the winter whites outfit.)

(I have this in my cart, looks so cute!)

(Of course they release all the purples after the sale! 😫)

(This one is gorgeous too.)

(How cute is this? Looks like so much fun, I want to try this too! Looks very similar to Lululemon's Wunder Puff Waist Vest but without the flaps on the hood which I am not a big fan of.)

😍

(This looks very promising. Would love to try this.)

(I bought one of these last year for Christmas and they just released it in two new colors, I am drooling. But also not great, the price went up! 😩)

(These are absolutely amazing. If I didn't just pick up the Lux Pink, I would get these!)

*I've partnered up with Allbirds! Click on my link for a free pair of Trino socks with your purchase of shoes or apparel. Offer will automatically be applied at checkout if socks are added to your cart.*

  1. hi Leslie! That's so exciting that Asia fit is finally coming to the US! I hope that means it'll come to Canada soon! The Tree Flyers Silver Fern look very nice! Too bad these are also not in Canada. My wallet is safe this week.

    2. Hi Karen! I'm pretty sure Canada will get Asia fit too. Let me know when it does arrive. I am curious to see if Canada gets anything different from US.

    3. hi Leslie, Other than a few Team Canada items, I don't think there's anything that dropped in Canada and not in the US. I did just notice that we got the Speed Up HR 4" in Moonlit Magenta! I couldn't pass that up! I guess my wallet's not safe afterall...

    4. Don't blame you one bit. Moonlit Magenta is beautiful!

  2. Nothing for me from LLL but I'm interested in Athleta's Cozy Karma Twist Neck Sweatshirt in Dark Sardinia Blue and Pranayama Restore Wrap in Dusk Violet! Can't wait for the next Athleta sale!

    1. Hi Andrea! These days I am more excited about Athleta over Lulu. I did place an order since I found a 25% off code to use. Code is POWEROFSHE.

    2. Thanks, Leslie, but too bad the code doesn’t work for Canada. :(. Hopefully there will be a sale when the Cozy Karma Twisted Neck Sweatshirt is available on the Canadian site!

    3. Hi Leslie,
Lucky me! Athleta is having a 20% off sale for Canada so I ordered the Pranayama Restore Wrap in pretty Dusky Violet! Looks like it's the same material as the Pranayama Wrap and it might pill as you mentioned in one of your fit reviews. The color, however, is too pretty to resist! :)

    4. Hi Andrea, I just saw the coupon too! I might place an order for the wrap as well. Let me know how you like it!

  3. No new releases for me this week, BUT my store got a Heathered Plumful Wunder Puff Jacket return last night, and I went back to get it this morning. The best part: it was marked down, as it was the only one!! I'm usually a 4 in jackets and got it in a 2. I probably could have a done a 0, but oh well. It's so so gorgeous! I also grabbed the winter Chargefeels because why not as long as I was there, amirite? :)

    1. Hi LZ- Lucky!! Love Heathered Plumful. It still makes me want it, but I have a similar iridescent puffer from Aritzia that is a little more flattering on me. The color is super vibrant too. I also have my Aviator Nation puff jacket that I finally got to wear today because it was in the mid 30s and that makes up for me not getting the Heathered Plumful.

Sounds like you had a great shopping haul! I am interested in the Strongfeels, but waiting for a color I love.

  4. Oh! I i hope we get Asian fit soon! Wouldn't mind align shr or wunder train! I tried to find it on the USA site but couldn't? Is it all sold out?

    1. Hi Blueberries- not sure what happened, looks like the link was taken down. I would be surprised if it all sold out there were a lot of colors. Maybe it was a glitch or we weren't supposed to get it yet in the US.

  5. I can't wait for Asia Fit! It's about time! Aligns flare out below the calves for me and all leggings are loose at the ankle

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...
