So far nothing for me this week. Thick Fleece Zip Hoodie in Smokey Red caught my eye, but it looks cropped and I am kinda tired of cropped hoodies. Green Jasper looks amazing. I hope to see that in a full zip hoodie. Let me know what you got!

ReplyDeleteWe received the fleece EBBs in our shipment last night, so I got an up-close look. They are super cute, but I'm disappointed the logo and zipper on the Ivory one are silver. The others are gold, and Ivory + gold would have looked so much better.
Hi LZ- I did see they changed the hardware this year. It's too bad they didn't think to match it with the Nano Clip On!
DeleteNothing for me from LLL but I managed to grab a pair of Attitude Pants II in Abalone Grey size 0P which is a pleasant surprise. Reviews suggested sizing up so I ordered it in both sizes 0P and 2P. Size 2P fits more comfortable with a longer rise but size 0 fits better everywhere else. I am going to keep size 0P and love that it looks way better than LLL’s Dance Studio Crop on my petite frame. I love that Athleta lets you return on sale items and you know what, I got the pants for $45 tax included which is a steal!
ReplyDeleteI also took advantage of the 20% off sale over the weekend and got the Seasoft Straight Leg Pant in Abalone Grey. I’ve been wearing my black one a lot and it’s buttery soft! If LLL doesn’t offer petite sizing, I can see all my money going to Athleta instead lol.

DeleteHaha, we both have the same Seasoft Straight Leg Pants. I love mine and wear them all the time to work. It's like wearing pajamas but I make it look business casual lol. It's good to see LLL have some competition! Love it!
Oh and I also wish the Seasoft pants came in a graphite gray.

hi Andrea! That's great to hear that the Altitude Pants II work well for petites! Abalone Grey is a nice neutral. I'd love to see Athleta release Seasoft joggers. I would find that hard to resist!

DeleteOh Seasoft joggers would be irresistible! :) I was worried that the Attitude Pants would be too fitted especially around the calves and glad it isn't! It's full length on me which I actually prefer!
Just took a look at the Venice Jogger and it's nice! Hope you like it and I might need to give it a try on the next sale! Athleta has too many bottom styles to choose from! :)

I love the green jasper color too! Icing blue aligns look so pretty but I have enough leggings. The fleece belt bag is cute but I don't need it.

DeleteI can't believe they actually brought back the fleece belt bag, after I paid 100.00 on Ebay for one. I wonder if this new one is the extended strap version. But the other reader was right, the hardware is different and i believe the tag inside the old one is metal not iron on. I haven't even used mine yet so I haven't noticed the details.
ReplyDeleteHi there, the new one is the extended strap version, so there is a little bit of a difference. Also the lulu logo is silver and not rose gold. Don't feel too bad about it!
DeleteLeslie, have you tried the super highrise groove crop? I'm so petite and short waisted I bet the waist will go up to my neck.
ReplyDeleteI have not tried the SHR Groove Crops because of that same reason. I read the reviews and many have said if you're short waisted they go up to the ribs. Some people might like that, but I really do not like anything that's over an inch above my belly button, so I passed on those.
