New Releases Week of September 20th 2022

Lots of new fall items and accessories today! Loving the Nano Clip On Backpack Fleece Light Ivory and the Quilted Grid Belt Bag in Black and Gray Sage. I might have to get them to see in person. I have to run, in a hurry but if there's other items to add, I will update this post later tonight. Let me know if you got anything from this upload!!

(So pretty!)

(Love this! Need this in the cropped version!)

SO CUTE! 😍

(I kinda like this?)

(This looks like a great piece for fall!)

(I gotta say, Athleta has been coming out with some really nice colors.)

  1. I am tempted to get the nano fleece bag to match my fleece EBB in black, but I will probably never use it.

    1. Hi there. I did order it to match my fleece EBB, so I'll see if it works or not!

  2. Hi LZ! I actually bought the Oversized 1/2 Zip Hoodie last week in Natural Ivory and I love it. Not sure exactly what changes they made, but it looks much better than the ones I tried on a couple of years ago.

That's interesting about the Unicorn Aligns at the store. I wonder if they were returns?

  3. That fleece mini backpack clip on is adorable! I have zero use for it but wow the white color with the gold details has my heart. I love the electric turquoise scuba but wouldn't wear it much bc I am a neutrals gal mostly. I am curious to see how electric this shade is. The quilted belt bag is already sold out! People are nuts over these belt bags?? Two years ago they had a some on markdown quite often.

    1. Hi Janessa! I know it's just one of those things that are too adorable. I love it with the gold hardware, just looks very luxe. I can't believe the Quilted Belt bag is sold out already. I guess it's something that's very affordable these days and still people can spot it as Lululemon. They are literally everywhere now.

  4. Nothing really caught my eye from Lulu this week. However, Allbirds Canada is FINALLY having a sale! I immediately got a pair of the Tree Runners that I've been staring at for the last few months (at almost half off too!).

I think I'm going to try to do another "no buy" in October. It will be good to take a break from the spending until Black Friday and Christmas shopping season starts.

    1. Hi Lola! Nice!! I'm glad Canada finally got an Allbirds sale. Sounds like deep discounts too.

That's a really good idea to do another no-buy in October. I might be tempted to join you!

  5. Nothing for me this upload tho I'm happy to see more colors for the nulu cropped define. I don't need more and I won't be attempted unless they release it in a neutral pink like strawberry milkshake or Twilight Rose 🌹

    1. Hi Blueberries! I still need to try the Cropped Define Jacket again. I probably need to size up for it, but worry the sleeves will be super long.

  6. hi Leslie, Nothing for me this week. I'm looking forward to the Scuba Plush to arrive. Have you received yours yet? Let us know how you like it. Have a great day!

    1. HI Karen, I haven't received the Scuba Plush yet. It's still on the way, the packages take forever to arrive now. It says I won't get it until Monday the 26th!!! =( Why is it so slooooooow. I ordered it on the 15th!

    2. It seems that shipping takes much longer in the US. I ordered mine on the 17th and it's supposed to arrive tomorrow.

    3. Wow that is fast. It's taking about 7-10 days for US. =( My reviews aren't happening as fast as I'd like them to.

    4. I've just received my plush jacket today! I ordered sz 4, my define jacket sz and it seems big? The sleeves are a bit too long for my liking. Thinking if I should get a sz 2. I'm not familiar with regular scuba jackets so I'm unsure how it should fit!

    5. I usually stick to my size 4 because I like the extra room in the sleeves. They're a little long, but I don't remember it being too long that I didn't like it. Here is my review from 2020 since they didn't release any Plush Scubas in 2021.

  7. Hi Leslie! You made me take out my wallet today. LOL. I couldn't resist the nano fleece pouch even though I don't know what I'm gonna use it for. It might end up being a very nice doggy poo bag holder. But my mentality is buy now, think later because if it gets sold out I might have a fit. I can always return it if I really don't need it.

    1. Hi there. Yes the Nano Fleece Clip on is so cute. I have the matching EBB so I'll see how it looks together, but even separate it's so cute on its own. But I agree, can always return it.

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...
