I've gotta say, this drop was pretty disappointing! I'm so not impressed with the updated Always Effortless Jacket. I mean why?! The original was super cute! And they raised the price to $148! Yikes. Lululemon Lab Relaxed Fit Super-High-Rise 3" looks fantastic in Twilight Mauve, but why the SHR? I will be keeping an eye out for more items in that color though.

Hi LZ! I didn't mind the flaps on the original, but the new updated version is a hard no for me. I highly doubt we will be seeing anymore jackets in the $128 price range though. Seems like everything is going up! Even the EBB!

Hi Karen! I think the outsole will be similar to the Tree Dasher 1. If they updated the outsole on the Tree Dasher Relay similar to Dasher 2, the price would go up I'm sure. I don't mind the outsole on the 1, it's fine either way for me.
DeleteSpeaking of high prices, I don't know if you saw, but Vuori raised our beloved Performance Joggers price by $10! I'm so saaaaaad. My husband's favorite Strato Tee also went up by $10. Definitely hurts.

Yay Karen! :D I just received my Blizzard Tree Dashers Relay and the sole colors are sooooo pretty! They however fit tighter in the toe area then my Tree Dashers and it feels more comfortable without socks on. I will need to find thinner socks cos sizing up will probably be too big.

DeleteMine just arrived and they do feel just slightly more snug, but definitely can't size up. So I think maybe they might loosen up with a few wears? They may be fine if it just stretches a little bit. But the colors of the sole is truly amazing! Keeping them for sure.

Got to see the color with my own eyes at the store. Not sure if it has red hue or pink hue tone, very light color but worth checking out in different fabrics and styles.
After observing runner outdoors in red Lululemon speed shorts decided to purchase more shorts.
Just this weekend looked at the different deep red shorts they had to offer but sold out in stores.
Bought two dupes in short align 4" and speed shorts version in red color. Carniation red is bright but for money i spent $45 for both i can live with different dull color red then the one you reviewed.

Hi Mack! I like the monotone look in the Twilight Mauve! I think it's a pink but somewhat neutral if that's possible. I'm looking for more Hotty Hot Shorts, and they released a new Diamond Dye in graphite gray last night but it doesn't look special at all for $78. Will pass.

ReplyDeleteIt's a shame Lulu changed the AEJ. And the price - yikes! I'm glad I got one a while back on WMTM. This new design isn't nearly as nice, although I do like the ivory color.
My wallet is safe for now. I'll have to see what pops up on WMTM on Thursday ;)
