Upload! June 28th 2022

This is kind of a light upload. So far, the only item I will be ordering from this drop is the Softstreme Dropped Sleeve Wrap in Black. However, if there is a fit review you would like to see, let me know in the comments!

Last week I ordered the Softstreme Hoodie in Graphite Gray and I do think I need to size down. I will be ordering a size 2, to compare. Let me know what you got!

(This is pretty!)

(I think I may need to get this for work, I wear my Silver Blue one at least once a week!)

(WOW this might be the first DD that I don't like!!!)

  1. Nothing for me this time.

That Diamond dye minkberry lunar rock color combination is kind of a hot mess, it’s interests me to see what colors they put out and what sells and what doesn’t. I’m big into color and sometimes I just shake my head at what I see now! Maybe I’m just getting old though. :D

    1. Hah! I totally feel old when I saw the Sonic Pink Cropped Define Jacket. I don't think I can pull that off anymore. =(

  2. Nothing for me! I don't like that DD either. They should be releasing new HH colors every week! It's summer...

    1. Agreed, I need a few more HHs since I go through them so fast!

  3. Nothing from this upload for me! I still have not received the Softstreme Hoodie Lemon Sorbet in size 4, which is my POCC size. Hope it was the right call. Do you like yours even though it fits large?

I did receive Nulu Mesh Define Jacket in Graphite Grey and Nulu Mesh Shorts in Black. I love them both. Lulu has been spendy for me lately haha.

    1. Hi AmerstLulu! I do like the hoodie, it's really comfy. I love Softstreme though, so I may be a little biased. Would love to see it in more colors. I would be in trouble.... hahaha I am with you, I have been spending a decent amount at Lulu these last couple of months.

  4. I’ve been eyeing the Stretch High-Rise Pant 7/8 Length. Reviews are not bad and I’m wondering if you will consider doing a fit review? The High Rise On the Move Pant 7/8 didn’t work for me and I hope the Stretch High-Rise Pant 7/8 Length will be a better substitute for the On the Fly Pant 7/8.

    Thanks,
    Andrea

    1. Hi Andrea! Sure, I can do a fit review on the Stretch High-Rise Pant 7/8, I can already tell you I personally won't like it because I am not a fan of HR pants. =T But we'll see about the rest of the pant! Thanks!

  5. I was super excited to see the cropped define in sonic pink. I checked out so quick! Also ordered the back in action LS in heathered raw linen. I love raw linen but usually not heathered color. Hopefully it's not too "heathered"!

    1. Hi Blueberries! I love Raw Linen. I haven't seen the color in person yet, so do let me know if it's see-through.

    2. Hey Leslie, I've just received the back in action LS in heathered raw linen - it's definitely not see through as the material is nulu and thicker than pima cotton. But the color reminds me of those wool LS undershirts one would wear during winter lol

    3. Thanks for letting me know! That is hilarious about the color description. Are you going to keep it?

    4. I think I'm 75% keeping it! Think it'll look cute and professional enough with black jeans or pants :) unless something better comes along before the return deadline lol

  6. Nothing from Tuesday’s upload for me. Where are the shorts?? It’s summer!

Today in-store, I tried (and brought home) my first Invigorate Tank and like it - though I don’t usually like built-in bras. I’ve been shopping more in-store lately and have really enjoyed trying on new items and stuff I’m afraid to buy final sale. Shipping has also been super slow for me.

    1. Hi LZ! I don't get to go to the store that often and when I do, the lines are usually crazy long for try ons. But shipping has been very hit or miss with me. Sometimes it could take a week, sometimes it just takes a few days!

Glad you like the Invigorate Tank! I haven't tried it yet. It looks similar to the Ebb To Street Tank.

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...
