I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself. For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Oooh I'm so tempted by the Symphony Blue Speed Ups, but they look so close to Jet Stream (which I already have) that I don't think I can justify them. I'm sure they will sell out in the smaller sizes pretty fast.
ReplyDeleteI don't normally like the LA line, but the Cut-Out Crop and Double Layer Tank are cute. The arm holes look a bit odd in the crop, though. Nothing for me today!

The LA Double Layer Tank looks interesting and I like the combination of white opal with red. I don't know about the arm holes though...they look very loose on the model? I don't like to show my bra, especially if it's already a double layer tank.

DeleteI REALLY want to try a scuba full zip!! I know they'll release a ton of colors down the line.... just like they do with the scuba 1/2 zip.... so I am deciding whether I want any of those colors. I love white opal but it wouldn't stay clean for long I think. I would love a cacao or grey sage or a solid grey.
