Upload! May 18th 2021

Interesting upload! There's only one thing I'm really interested in trying and it is the Perfectly Oversized Crop Crew Softstreme. There's only two colors right now, Trench and Black. Not a huge fan of either color to be honest... I am afraid Trench will just make me look blah next to my asian skin tone and black is just boring to me! Ventlight Cargo Mid-Rise Crop looks like a very nice summer pant, but the straight leg doesn't look very petite friendly even though it is 26 inches in length. Wish it was more fitted around the leg.

Unsure if I need to place an order! What to do. Let me know what you think of today's upload and if you got anything!

(This color combo! 😍)

(This is super cute, but not sure if it will wash me out, was hoping for a blue!)

(Loving this color!)

(This Ventlight fabric looks really nice.)

(Hmmm might have to get this to try!)

  1. Nothing from this drop caught my eye....until I came to your blog and saw the Brunch and Back dress in Stone Blue! I got this dress in Chianti last year and it's one of those pieces that I wore again and again. The fabric hugs your body without being too thin and the style is easy to dress up or down. I had hemmed it by 5", so the dress hits just below my knees. Too bad Stone Blue is already sold out in my size in Canada, but I will consider picking it up if there's a restock.

    1. Hi Karen, wow that was a fast sell out! Wouldn't have expected any size to sell out that quickly, so I know it must be excellent. How tall are you, just curious? I'm pretty sure I would have to hem at least 10 inches haha.

  2. I want to try the POC crop but don't like any of those colors either. I'm curious on the fit. I was interested in the pace rival skirt in TT but I've never tried the fit and think I'm going to hold off for a court rival instead.

    1. I tried Pace Rival skirt but not the Court Rival. I think the Court Rival looks a little cuter without all the lines going across. Well I have a POC crop coming in Trench. I want to see if I like the fit. Also decided on 0 since the last time I tried a 2, and it was still a little big.

    2. Ooo I can't wait for your review! I got my TT Scuba 1/2 zip in the mail today and love the color more than the grey sage. Both are super pretty but this is much brighter yet still muted which I love. :D I haven't seen it in sunlight yet so I'll compare both tomorrow but I'm wearing my TT already and am for sure going to keep it. I decided to give my mom one of my Scuba 1/2s (she picked Submarine) and she's really happy! That solves my having too many 1/2 zips problem xD

    3. WOW! That's saying something because gray sage is another color I absolutely adore. Yay! It's always so good to share the Lululemon love.

Hopefully my order will ship soon. I'm still waiting for the notification. =(

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...
