Upload! April 21st 2020

Lots of monarch orange today. I'm not a huge fan of orange. Being asian, I already have yellow based skin and the orange and the yellow just doesn't look very appealing... But I do love orange creamsicles and that's what this color reminds me of.

Nothing for me from this upload! How about you?

(I also like this color, but not for me.)

(Anyone else notice Lulu is getting lazy about photographing their tights? They literally used the same pose and just photoshopped the lengths. LOL.)

  2. Nothing for me at all! Like you, I’m Asian so yellow and orange normally don’t look good on my skin tone. Burnt orange is okay but not Monarch Orange or Ivory Peach.

Was thinking of getting the Wunder Train High Rise Crop in that beautiful Diamond Dye Naval Blue pattern but I probably spent too much time thinking and it was sold out in my size lol. Did you manage to grab a pair?

    1. I have not ordered anything in the naval blue diamond dye. Trying to wait until May to place another large order for reviews. If it's still in stock I will order one to try. =)

  3. I like the Catch a Breath hoodie a lot but I don't need any jackets or anything really... I can't decide between the Perfectly Oversized hoodie/crew or the All Yours hoodie/crew.

    1. The All Yours looks like they have more colors to choose from and I like the hood aspect, so I would always lean towards that.

I like the Catch A Breath hoodie too!

  4. I think I’m going to try the Catch a Breath hoodie, I really dig the peachy color and the crop fit.

    2. Finally got my Catch a Breath hoodie in ivory peach! It’s incredibly soft and I like the color in person on me. It has that weird circle zipper hardware that I am not crazy about, but other than that I am really happy with it and will keep it!

    3. Ohhh, how is the fit, true to size? I still like it too even though not sure how that color will look on me, hehe!

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...
