Upload! February 4th 2020 X Robert Geller

Tonight's upload features a collaboration with fashion designer Robert Geller. I admit I have never heard of him and do not know much about him at all. A quick search shows he worked with Marc Jacobs at one point. The Robert Geller pieces uploaded tonight are not really my style and I have very little interest in them. They also do not look very petite friendly. There are a few non Robert Geller items that I would be interested in trying. The Cool Racerback Shorter length has my attention. I also like the Sincerely Yours Wrap SweaterDay Maker Full Zip Hoodie looks great in lunar rock. So far nothing that I have to order right away, but I am heading to the store on my birthday! Hopefully I'll get to do some try ons and maybe I'll go home with a little present for myself. 😜

What do you think of tonight's upload? Do any of the Robert Geller pieces interest you?

(This is probably my favorite piece from the collaboration.)

(Now this is very interesting to me. Would love to see if the shorter length is petite friendly.)

(This is a very nice looking green.)

(I actually really like this wrap. Looks very nice for spring.)

(I would like to try this, love the color.)

(I kinda like these, but not for that price! 😑)

  1. I kinda liked this upload - I'm loving all the grey toned items. If you get a chance to do a try on, I'd love to see a review of the Day Maker Hoodie. It's beautiful in the Lunar Rock color, but I wonder how long those sleeves are going to look in person. Have a fun birthday shopping trip!

  2. I like the CRB shorter but also wonder if the difference is just the length because otherwise I could hem the regular ones to a custom length? I honestly have never bought a CRB II because I prefer the thicker racerback. Pretty upload! I want to get the Hotty Hot HR in pink. I haven't tried that style.

    1. I would think it's probably just the length but I haven't worn a CRB in ages. The Hotty Hots are a weird fit for me. They're either too big or a smidge too small.

  3. Nothing for me this upload. Enjoy your birthday shopping!

  4. I’m interested in the Align Crop 21" Cross Waist in Diamond Dye Stargaze Pitch Grey and wonder what’s so special about diamond dye. The print is very pretty though.

Would love a fit review on the Day Maker Hoodie as well. The Lunar Rock color is beautiful.

Happy shopping tomorrow, and hope you’ll find yourself a nice birthday present! :)

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...
