Werkshop Review: Surf Sports Bra!

I've been looking at Werkshop bras for a while now but never pulled the trigger. Recently they released a new and improved version of the bra and I fell in love with the Surf pattern. How can you go wrong with purple and blues!

For reference I'm 4 feet 11 and typically wear a size 4 in Lululemon's tops and bottoms. For me this translates to a size small in Werkshop.

I'm wearing a size small in this bra. I find that if you're a size 4 or size 6 in Lululemon bras, a size small in Werkshop should fit. This bra does not come with the padded inserts, but I'm using one of my old inserts from another bra and it fits fine. Otherwise you can buy the inserts from Werkshop for an extra $2. Another cool tidbit about this bra is it can double up as a bathing suit top.

These photos were taken before I got to try them out for a review, but since the photoshoot I did get to test them on a HIIT workout and a 20 minute run. The bra was supportive through both workouts. Honestly, I really do not need a very supportive bra because I myself am only an A cup so bras are mainly decorative for me. This bra is great for moderate workouts. Definitely more supportive than what I usually wear for my workouts which is a Free To Be Wild bra, which Lululemon no longer makes and I'm pretty sad over that.

I'm pairing the bra here with Lululemon's Wunder Under Hi-Rise 7/8 Tight in aerial drift. I finally pulled off the tags this weekend and I love them. They are super comfortable.

The bra is fully lined. The back of the bra reminds me a little of Lululemon's Free To Be Bra with an extra cut out. The straps do not dig in and are comfortable. The straps lay flat and did not twist or move during my workout.

As you can see here, the Werkshop bra offers more coverage than the Free To Be Wild bra. Werkshop also released a sneak peak on their Instagram account of what's coming! They will be releasing a Cities collection soon with one of their prints being Sydney, Australia. I think these look awesome!

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...
