Petite Impact

  I hope everyone had a great weekend. My grandma turned 99 years old! At 99 years old she has some physical limitations but mentally she is all there. I wasn't able to visit but my family sent me a ton of photos and I got to FaceTime her to wish her a happy birthday. How good does that cake look? 😍 I miss my grandma so much and wish I could have been there. I hope to visit her in a couple of months.  Today I have a different kind of review. I've been on a mission to avoid plastics as much as possible and after searching for face cleansers that did not come in a plastic container, I finally settled on Drunk Elephant's Pekee Cleansing Bar . It comes in a cute little cardboard box. The cleansing bar itself is wrapped in shrink wrap, but otherwise it's plastic free. I originally purchased the sampler that comes with the Juju bar which exfoliates the skin. It was good to try but the Juju bar wasn't my favorite.   Happy Friday! We are more than halfway through February and my no-buy month is going strong. For this post I'm going to review my last Lululemon purchase from January. I wanted to see the  Quilted Embrace Crossbody Bag  in person and the  Nulu Back-Twist Yoga Tank Top  also caught my eye.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typically wear size 4 in Lululemon tops and bottoms.  Nulu Back-Twist Yoga Tank Top Black Size 4 also wearing Align Short 6"  Size 4 This tank is incredibly soft and made of Nulu. I'm wearing my usual size 4. I would say it's still true to size but personally I would want to size up in this for a looser fit. I really love the deep V on the back which shows off my tattoos but doesn't reveal any bra straps.  Nulu fabric is very stretchy but this fits slim. The length hits my hips and this top would make a great workout tank. I think sizing up would easily turn this into a casual summer tank. Quilted Embrace Crossbody Bag Pink Taupe

Since I'm on a ban this month I haven't been checking for updates as religiously. 😐 Of course I should have known Lulu would do a surprise drop on Valentine's Day. It's not a huge upload but there are some decent items. My picks from this week are  Align HR Pant 25" Diamond Dye Silver Blue Tidewater Teal  and  Align Short 6" Blue Nile . I still can't get over the price increase though, especially on one of my favorite items, Ebb To Street Cropped Racerback Tank is now up to $68. After tax that's just too much and not worth it. I will have to hope for WMTM. Maybe at the price hike these popular items won't sell out as fast? So far my other favorites are the  Align Short 6" .
