Petite Impact

  Since there was no upload yesterday and Christmas falls on Friday, I've bumped up this week's Fit Review Friday to Wednesday. 😁 Normally I would also write up a Christmas wishlist, but this year I kind of feel like I have everything I need, and I really don't want anything except to be able to see my friends and family again in NYC. I also want everyone to stay safe and healthy until we can all gather again.  So with that I'll continue on with my usual review. For reference I'm 4 feet 11 and typically a size XXS/XS/PXS in Athleta. I'm also a size 4 in Lululemon tops.  Cozy Sherpa Reversible Jacket Navy XXS Last year I reviewed this jacket and passed on it. The cut was just slightly too boxy and wide, but I did like it. This year it looks like Athleta updated the fit and it is now less boxy and I do find it to be more flattering. How was everyone's weekend? Mine was all too short. I did some last minute online shopping, and picked up some toys for my furkids from Target. I can't believe the week of Christmas is here! What a year it's been. So here we are with part two of my Lululemon order.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches and typically a size 4 in Lululemon tops, for bras I wear a size 6. I'm a 34A.  Ready To Rulu Fleece Pullover Heathered Black Size 4 I was curious about the  Ready To Rulu Fleece Pullover  and ordered it in my usual size 4 to try. I do think this runs a little large and I should have sized down. It's very roomy all around, especially in the body. The fit is wide and boxy which I wasn't expecting. The fabric is very soft  and I didn't find this to be fleecy at all. It does feel brushed on the outside. The inside is smooth, but the seams going across the body in the front I found to be very stiff and kind of scratchy which was surprising. The sleeves are long

A few new items dropped tonight that I think are worth looking at. Very tempted to try the entire  Engineered Warmth  set. I know the jogger will be too long, but they almost look like the bottoms can be hemmed? Has anyone tried this yet?   Happy Friday! Are you guys done with your holiday shopping? I pretty much am. Shipping has slowed to a crawl as expected and I'm hoping everything arrives on time. Cates Tee  Sublimado Pigment Dye Cadet Blue Size 4 The  Cates Tee  has always been on my radar but I never wanted to pay full price for a cotton tee - $48. Ouch, right? When this one hit WMTM  for $29 I decided to give it a shot. I purchased my usual size 4. I like the casual boxy fit and the length hits right at the top of my hips. It's really not too short at all on my petite frame. I also bought this in the gray sage color as well. Interestingly enough, the gray sage feels much softer compared to the faded cadet blue.  It's a very comfortable tee. The crew neck is generous and have no issues of it feeling tight.
