Petite Impact

  Happy Friday! I can't believe October is over in a couple of days. 😱 How is 2021 almost over? It boggles my mind. I only know what day of the week it is because of my fit review schedule and weekly Lululemon drops. Otherwise every day would be a blur.  Today I have my last Athleta fit review (for now). For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typically wear size XXS/PXS in Athleta. I also wear size 4 in Lululemon tops and bottoms. Retroplush Sweatshirt Charcoal Heather Size PXS I'm wearing size PXS in this hoodie and it has a loose fit but still petite friendly. It does look a little bit on the bulky side probably because it is lined with fleece. There are side slits and the asymmetrical zipper adds a little bit of flare to an otherwise basic hoodie.  The back skims over the body quite nicely. The front just looks a little bit off, I can't really put my finger on it. I think the body does flare out a little too much for my liking. Not too crazy about the bell sha

  Last year and every year prior, I like to create a list that sums up my favorite purchases. This year was very different for me and everyone. So instead of my usual Best of 2020, I created a list of things that made 2020 more bearable. For me it was a lot of cozy items. Slippers, sweatshirts, and joggers. Face masks and belt bags. Ever since the beginning of March, I've been working from home like many of you, and there's just no need for a nice leather bag on a daily basis and it kind of makes me sad I haven't used any of my designer bags in 9 months. I no longer needed work shoes. I no longer needed to wear an underwire bra, and let me tell you the  In Alignment Bra  is AMAZING for work at home days when you only need to show your top for Zoom meetings. 😆 This is my last post for 2020. Happy Friday! Athleta is having their Friends & Family sale right now until March 8th. It's card members only. For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typically a size PXS or XXS/XS in Athleta. I'm also a size 4 in Lululemon tops and bottoms. Balance Jogger Toasted Brown Heather Size PXXS I really love the Balance Sweatshirt , which I've reviewed  a couple of months ago, and decided I needed to try the matching jogger. The length of this jogger is 26.5 inches long on size PXXS and the cuffs measure 4 inches wide. They are not baggy at all and quite flattering. I was soooo close to keeping these, but I personally am not a fan of the wide waistband. To be honest I'm a little spoiled by the Vuori joggers . The Balance joggers feel super soft and very cozy on the inside, but that waistband is not for me. It's very wide and fairly snug on the waist. It's also fitted throughout the hip.
