Petite Impact

  Happy Friday! I can't believe next week is the last week of February! I'm getting ready for another no-buy challenge in March. I know a bunch of you are joining me, so start prepping yourself for it. As for today's post, I'm finally getting around to reviewing these bottoms from Athleta and Vuori. For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typically wear size PXS in Athleta and size XS in Vuori bottoms. Athleta Seasoft Mid Rise Jogger  Black Size PXS I LOVE these Seasoft joggers. They are super comfy and fit exactly like my Seasoft Mid Rise Straight Crop  which are my favorite Athleta pant. I'm wearing my usual size PXS. The length measures 26.5 inches. The leg is slightly wider than the crops, but overall, I am loving these. I have worn them out on weekends and would highly recommend them. Interesting drop today. Lace bodysuit, grid print dress, and palazzo pants. I know I wanted to see new styles from Lulu, but this wasn't what I was imagining. 😅 I'm curious about the  Scuba MR Tapered Pant 7/8 Length , but have a feeling the length would still be too long on me. Nothing for me this week from Lulu, but I did place an order for  Boyfriend Sweatpant in Zion Rose Heather  from Vuori.   So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. Happy Friday! Athleta is having a Long Weekend Event with up to 60% off and extra 20% off sale items . Today's post is from my weekend store try-on a couple of weeks ago when I was still on my No-Buy Challenge. 😅 For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typically wear size XXS/PXS/XS in Athleta.   Day Drift Jacket Abalone Sheen Size XXS The sheen on this jacket caught my eye. It is very shiny in person, but in a good way. This is an airy lightweight jacket. I'm wearing size XXS and it is fairly petite friendly. It does come in petite sizing as well. The only thing I wasn't too crazy about was the white zipper. It's more contrasting than I would prefer. Personally I think a matching zipper always looks better.
