Special Post! Lululemon Drop and Fit Review Friday! Athleta Alpine Collar Sweater and Softluxe High Rise Jogger

For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typically wear size PXS in Athleta. I also wear size 4/6 in Lululemon tops and bottoms.

This sweater is SOOOO soft and not itchy at all! It's made of 80% wool and 20% cashmere. It feels as nice as some of my 100% cashmere items from Naked Cashmere. For 50% off, this is a really good deal.
I'm wearing size XS and I like the fit. This doesn't come in petite sizing, but XS is fine even on my 4 feet 11 inch frame. The length hit right at my hips and the sleeves are slightly long, but not overly so. It's medium weight, which is great for the office. I love the ribbing on the collar. Bone is an off white with slightly pink undertones. It's very pretty. If this top came in more colors other than Dune and Black, I would totally consider getting another at this price point.
Next up we have the Softluxe High Rise Jogger. I've been super curious about these joggers and they're really comfortable. The fabric is quite soft. If Lululemon's Rulu and Nulu had a baby, I think it would feel like Softluxe. It's not as thick as Rulu and I'd say it's in-between light to medium weight.

I'm wearing size Petite XS and this does come in Petite XXS, but I went with my regular size and I like the way it fits. The waistband hits slightly higher than my belly button. The band is wide and flat with fine ribbing. I forgot to take a close up, but here is one I lifted from Athleta.
They do fit loose around the leg and the cuff is similar to sweatpants, which makes these very casual. I do think they look great with a pair of off white Allbirds. I wish these came in more colors. Right now the only other colors are Bone Heather and Silver Cloud Heather. I love these so much I did place another order for a pair in Bone Heather.
While Vuori Performance Joggers are still my favorite, I think these are a nice alternative when I want a more street style jogger. The length measures 26 inches and it's near perfect on me. Let me know what you think of these two pieces! They're both keepers.

Hi Lola! Nice! They were on sale when I bought them. Now they're back to full price. I hope they release some more colors because I do like the fit and feel.
DeleteI have to check my emails to see if I got one, I haven't ordered from Vuori in a long time because they're not very petite friendly. I do want another Boyfriend Cargo jogger and they aren't releasing new colors for them.
