Upload! December 16th 2019

Monday upload! I just happened to check, just in case there was an upload and what do ya know. So nothing that I am really interested in except for the Scuba Sherpa Hoodie Long in heathered spanish oak of course. It's too bad they didn't show the sherpa side in ivory for the heathered gray version. The downside is, I expect I would be swimming in this hoodie. It looks super long on the model, so I would think it would be close to my knees. This has got to be the coziest Scuba Hoodie ever though! Anyone going to order this to try?! I'm tempted but I think I'm just going to be disappointed and overwhelmed. The sleeves also look like they would be ridiculously long.

Did you purchase anything lately? Let me know!

(Love this but not very petite friendly I'm afraid.)

(This is interesting, can't decide if I like it or not.)

(who comes up with these ridiculous names for patterns?!)

(Am I the only one imagining these fleece joggers to feel like heaven?)

(These look comfy but not flattering.)

Also a few items worth mentioning on WMTM-

(doesn't this look like a wizarding cloak from Harry Potter?!)

(I don't think I've ever seen this one before.)

  1. I caved and purchased the Scuba Sherpa Hoodie Long in Spanish oak, I’ll let you know how it fits when I receive it! The color is just so beautiful and I have the short version of it which I really like, so I’m hoping that I’ll love this as well.

    2. So I (finally!) got my Scuba Sherpa Hoodie Long today. I got the Spanish oak color, which is very pretty. It definitely runs quite big and very long for us petite ladies but is very warm and cozy! I am about 5’4” height, if that gives you a reference. I even ordered two sizes smaller than my usual and it’s still very big. The longer length bothers me more the wide width but it’s not a deal breaker for me. I’ll be wearing it for the cold and windy weather we get up here in the mountains, it’s perfect for that. I prefer the shorter version which I have too, but I’ll keep this as I like the color and the warmth!

    3. Wow, sounds like for the really petite we may be sized out. I'm glad it worked out for you! I hope they make another version of it next year. It sounds super warm and cozy. I'm so jealous!

  3. Just FYI, it looks like the Scuba Sherpa Hoodie Long is back in stock online, you’ll probably be swimming in it even in the smallest size but just thought I’d give you a heads up if you want to try it!

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...
