Fit Review! Werkshop Athleisure Leggings Owls 2.0

Hey everyone! So I've been playing around with my iPhone to figure out how to take better photos if I'm taking pictures inside my apartment. A few of you complained about how they were not as good as the store try on posts because there weren't any close ups and hard to see details. So let me know if these pictures are better. I know it's been awhile since I had fit reviews from my dining room area.

Today I have a new pair of Werkshop Athleisure leggings in the Owls 2.0.

For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typically a size 4 in Lululemon bottoms. For Werkshop I fit into a size small.

Owls 2.0 Size Small

I'm a big fan of their athleisure leggings, even more than their triathlon line. These feel more like Lululemon Align bottoms. They are buttery soft. These are probably my second favorite kind of leggings to wear after my Align Crops.

The waistband is super comfortable and this is my third pair of athleisure leggings. I wore my Nightmare ones today and they're still one of my favorite pairs to wear. My only gripe is the length, they are very long as you can see and a little baggy around the ankles, but it's okay because I like to wear them out casually with boots.

The artwork of course is always amazing. That is one thing that I find so unique with Werkshop leggings. I am a big fan of all kinds of art and these are right up my alley. I just like being surrounded by beautiful things! If I can wear them out, even better!

The owl is so underrated. I find them to be majestic creatures and would love to visit an owl cafe some day. There are a few around the world. I know there's one in Japan that my friend went to. I was so jealous when she sent me videos and photos with owls on her arm!

Close up of the art detail.

That's it for me! Hope you all had a great weekend. Here's to another Monday!

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...
