Review! Coach Parker 18

Hope everyone had a great weekend. Some of you may know I have a weakness for handbags. Even though my favorite brand is Balenciaga, I'll still dabble in Coach bags. I used to not like Coach at all for a good 15 years. But ever since they introduced their 1941 line (which seems like they are now phasing out) I've been interested in Coach again.

The Parker bag in the metallic and exotic leather really made my head turn. I love metallics. I love anything shiny. I know some people hate metallics, but it's my style. I'm all about small purses and the Parker 18 looked like it would make a great addition to my handbag collection so I placed an order.

As you can see this bag is small! It is teeny tiny. I really like the turnlock clasp that is hidden inside the tea rose. The front fold over flap is a metallic charcoal gray. The body of it is a silver and then there are rivets that line the edge of the bag. There's a lot going on, but somehow it works. The signature coated canvas on the front is very subtle. I normally dislike anything with logos all over but I didn't mind it on this bag.

The inside is lined with a soft microfiber material. The chain strap is gold hardware woven with leather for more comfort. I really love this bag. It's just toooooo small. The back slip pocket which is a feature I love, won't even fit my iphoneX. That's a deal breaker for me. If it would have just fit my iPhone, I would have kept this. My phone definitely fits inside the bag, but I like the convenience of being able to just slide my phone in a slip pocket without having to open the turn lock and lift up the flap. It's a minor detail, but a very important one to me.

The side of the bag is made of metallic snakeskin. Like I said earlier, there's a lot going on with this bag! Overall it was almost perfect. It just needed to be an inch bigger. The actual measurements are 7.25 inches in length, 5 inches in height, and 3.25 inches wide. While it may be a little too small for me, it would still make a great date night purse.

They do make a larger version of this bag for $100 more, but I haven't tried it yet. I think it's a little on the big size. If only there was one in between the two sizes. That would be perfect!

Right now Coach is having their 50% off sale. It's worth checking out! That's it for me! Hope everyone has a wonderful week!

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...
