Upload! December 17th 2018

So I wasn't expecting an upload tonight. I was totally ready to post a review! Don't worry, I will post a review tomorrow night instead.

Lululemon is really into this plush at the moment and I love it! I would totally want a pair of the Joggers but at 28" that won't work for me. Dark adobe is my favorite color right now.

Nothing for me this week, but I am eyeing the nocturnal teal Scuba.... 😬 Anything for you?

(These joggers look so lush in this color. I wish they would fit me.)

(My nocturnal teal Scuba Hoodies is one of my favorite ones ever. It's been looking a little worn these days, maybe time to replace it?!)

(I wonder how this compares to the plush Scuba Hoodie I just got.)

(Also really wish these would fit me. I love the print and the scallop hem! Ugh whyyyyyy do I have to be stuck with shorts legs! 😤)

(Wish it said LOVE and not Lululemon lol)

  1. So the Light as Warmth Scuba is not as good as the regular one, right? I remember something like that from the previous year.

    1. Last year's version had an ugly contrasting zipper so I didn't bother ordering one to try. But I might be interested in ordering one this year though to write a review on at the very least.

  2. I just got my order for two of the plush hoodies today. Only keeping one. Liked the softness and drawstrings. Didn't seem very warm and the pockets are shallow. And now the Light as Warmth is available. Any feedback? Also this is my first Lulu order, usually wear Athleta.

    1. Congrats on your first Lululemon purchase! How do you think it compares to Athleta's Stronger luxe hoodie? I have both and the fit on the plush Scuba is better for me. The arm holes on the Athleta one feels more restrictive. But the Athleta one does feel more substantial.

    2. Just ordered a Luxe hoodie to try but not crazy about only two color options. I have a few regular Stronger hoodies from last year with the CYA extra length. Wear those all the time and love how the pockets have zippers and the collar stands up. Going to place an order for the Light as Warmth and have three options to compare.

    3. I have the Oatmeal Heather color from last year. Let me know which one you like the best when you get all three together.

  3. I’m eyeing the Spanish rose aligns but not sure if it’s too close to my skin color and will make ppl think I’m not wearing pants at first glance. I’ll be checking that one out in person of they get to my local stores.

  4. My Transformation Wrap finally arrived and while I love the color (Silver Drop) and the material, I cannot make the back look nice when cinched.

The Wrap is supposed to be reversible (though Silver Drop and Vapour look pretty much the same to me), there are threads coming out here and there along the seams which is not nice.

Can’t wait to see your fit review and hear what you say about this wrap.

  5. Yes, I love the plush! Nothing for me as I am waiting for Boxing Day! I noticed a new version of the festival bag and like the slight changes though it’s $78 instead of $68.

    1. Ahhh almost forgot about the sales coming up after Christmas. Looks like they made the zipper less noticeable on top, which I approve of. But extra $10? Hmmmmm.... I don't know. I've never owned one of these bags before. I've only admired from afar.

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...
