USA / Canada Upload! July 25th 2017

Pretty boring upload tonight! More submarine items. I'm looking for more lavender and dusky mauve colors. Nothing for me tonight since I've been spending a bit too much. I'm trying to be as good as possible from now until September. My ban doesn't officially start until August 1st, but I have to prepare myself mentally. Did you get anything from tonight's upload?

I'll be posting more Nordstrom sales!

(A little too much for my tastes!)

(I might consider giving these a try.)

(This is pretty but my short torso can't pull this off)

(I haven't talked about the new photography direction Lululemon has taken lately with the high contrast photos. I feel like this takes away from the product and makes it hard to look at. The above images are really bad. You can hardly make out any details. It's pretty off putting.)

  1. I ordered a new Free to be Serene in Ice Milk because I was anxiously awaiting a new color in that bra. That's all I got this week as that's all my budget will allow! I am not a big fan of Submarine so that saves me. I think Melonite looks pretty but maybe for a top. I don't have any use for pants right now in this weather.

    1. Oh nice! I really wish they would bring back the FTBW bra. That was my favorite... Agreed, I'm living in my shorts everyday for my workouts. I'll be living in my Align Crops more once fall comes in though. Which will be in another 2 months...

  2. Agreed - I totallyyyy want more lavendar and dusty mauve colors!! (Still waiting for a Swiftly Tank or will settle for CRB2 in Dusty Mauve....) Would love to hear your thoughts on Home Stretch Shorts. The Cinch It LS is cute, but don't like it enough to pay $64 lol.

I ended up returning the Singlet I got from WMTM for a gift card. Once that arrives, I might pick up another Hotty Hot 2's in an easy to match color (midnight navy or carbon?). Wish they would release it in Boysenberry or something similar.

    1. Hotty Hots in midnight navy would be a good color. How are you liking them compared to Speed Shorts?

  3. I find for running I still prefer Speed Shorts and for errands/dog walking in the insufferable heat I prefer Hotty Hots. When I run in Hotty Hots, it tends to move after awhile, then I quickly yank it up too much, then butt cheeks... and thus the game of adjusting begins. :P

  4. How do you return an item from WMTM? Please share :) I always thought they were final sale

  5. I've only returned a WMTM once. I asked really nicely if I could return it because it was sheer. Which it was. And they allowed it me to in exchange for store credit.

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...
