Store Visit Today!! Cozy Cuddle Up Jacket, Runderful 1/2 Zip, Speed Shorts, Speed Tight IV Rulu

This week I'm visiting my family in NYC while my husband is away in Atlanta for business.  I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the 14th Street Union Square store moved to a bigger space over on 5th avenue and 17th street.  The men's section was much bigger and way more fitting rooms than the old store.

I mainly wanted to try on the Cozy Cuddle Up Jacket in the Bordeaux Drama and Silver Spoon.  I tried on the size 2 but the fit was too tight around my hips which made it bunch up on the back by the waist.  This is because I'm super short, otherwise on average normal people, the jacket would fall at the waist instead of the hips.  The neck hit a little too high for my liking, so I passed up on both.  Color wise, I liked the Silver Spoon more.  But for $118 I didn't think it was worth the money.  I'll wait and see if it hits WMTM.  I might get it then.

I'm wearing the Speed Tight IV Rulu and love them!  I tried on my regular size 4 and they're soooooo comfortable.  I do think I'll try and run with these, since I'm not a long distance runner the material should hold up.  They are ridiculously soft.  If the other colors go on WMTM, I'm getting them!  Now that I have a decent pair of cold running tights, I need to find a running top to go with.  So far, I'm having a very hard time finding something that looks flattering on my short torso.  I tried on the Runderful 1/2 zip, but didn't like how it looked on me.  It is a size 2 so the fit is tight, however I think sizing up to a 4 would have been too big but maybe I should have tried it on.  Next time I will!  Other than that, the material is also sooooo very soft.

Lastly I've been dying for the Run Speed Shorts in Pigment Wind.  The store actually had them!  I have to say seeing these in person and trying them on is a must.  I wouldn't have bought these online because of the pattern placement.  I tried on 2 pairs, and one of them had the dark red color on the crotch area that reminded me of monthlies if you know what I mean!

I went home with the Speed Tights and the Run Speed Shorts.  Not bad at all.

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...
