New Releases Week of February 3rd 2026

Ahhhh another week, and finally a drop with some new designs but the prices have gone up so much that I'm just going to be extremely picky about what I buy these days. Now that my No-Buy month is officially over, my first purchase was not Lululemon, but from Banana Republic! 😳 I still have Twig on my brain, but I'm trying to patiently wait for it to go on sale. It's already February and spring is right around the corner for us who live in the south (I hope anyway, this winter has been really unusually cold) and I would probably get more use out of the AEJ, but part of me really wants the soft Wunder Puff vest! I could order both and just return one, but I am also afraid I might want to keep both which is a high possibility. I hate when I have to make decisions! So I am going to leave both in my cart, for now. If you were on the No-Buy challenge with me, have you bought anything yet?    Rulu Drapey OS HR Jogger Burgundy Bay (Love the color, but also very I Dream Of Jeannie)...

Jared Post - Our New Home and How IKEA Furnishes It

Hello there. Leslie’s husband doing the post today. For those that are new to Leslie’s site, occasionally she’ll have me write a post. In the past, I’ve written about our experiences with meal delivery services such as HelloFresh or when I covered for her while she was away to take care of her grandma for a stretch of time. In the past when people would visit our place, they would be surprised that nearly 80% of our furniture comes from IKEA. Now I know IKEA gets a lot of shit (I mean, just look at this “Fight Club” scene from 1999 ) and has this reputation of being the place where you go to furnish your dorm room or your first apartment/house, but you can have a lot of IKEA items and not have it feel like an extension of their showrooms. Before I dive in, I can’t believe how much I’m ...

Review! Go Forth Goods Florence XL Crossbody Bag

Happy Friday! I can't believe January is pretty much over. Who crushed the No-Buy Challenge this month? It wasn't terrible, right? It gets easier the more you practice at saying no to buying stuff. I do have a few things on my wishlist and February is my birthday month so I will definitely place an order or two. We're officially moving out this weekend and it's my goal to get back to posting my regular fit reviews soon. Thank you all for your patience and riding this out with me!  Today's review is the big sister to Go Forth Goods Florence Crossbody Bag. I have three in the original size and I was curious about the larger size. I love the size of the original, but the added two inches in the XL gives it a more flattering silhouette in my opinion. Please check out my video to see my comparison review. Florence XL Honey When I was at the store back in December, I fell in love with the color Honey. The leather is super lightweight, and very soft in the pliable s...
