Petite Impact

Happy Friday! Last weekend I stopped by Lululemon to see if they had any of the Sleek Spacer items for me to try on. Not only did they have the Full Zip hoodie, they also had the Half Zip but as soon as I picked up the Half Zip I could tell it was way too oversized even in the XXS. Needless to say the Sleek Spacer line runs ginormous. 😩 For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typically wear size 4/6 or XS/S in Lululemon tops and bottoms.    Sleek Spacer Full Zip Hoodie Light Ivory  Size XXS I'm wearing size XXS and it is very oversized. I think this may be the only time I would ever want size XXXS. It's very wide and boxy. The sleeve length is long as expected, however the length of the hoodie was actually fine. It hit at the hip which is how I like my hoodies. The weight of the Spacer material is actually quite heavy. It feels great, very smooth with medium thickness, but feels hefty. Say it ain't so! Another week and another disappointing drop. 😅 BUT, Vuori on the other hand just released a couple of new denim items! NGL, they look good, but the inseam of the pant is 32 inches, so not exactly petite friendly. The denim jacket looks good, but not my style. Price is premium as to be expected. To no ones surprise the pant is almost sold out. SMH.   On Friday the 13th I went to the first annual Go Forth Goods Facebook Group GFG Leather Bag BSTies meetup! It's a private group but if you're a fan of the bags, definitely check it out. It's a fun group and all the members are very welcoming. You can talk about your latest bags, what bag you're currently waiting for, what's on your wish list, and you can also buy, sell, trade on the group as well. As soon as you walk into the store, the smell of leather just hits you in the face. I personally love it. The store front is very homey and decorated with minimalist furniture. All the items are displayed for you to touch, smell, try on.
