  Hope everyone had a nice relaxing weekend. When I saw the Lululemon  Strongfeel Training Shoe went on sale for $79  I had to order a pair. When I tried them back in October of last year  in pink, I was very impressed.  For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds and Lululemon shoes.  Strongfeel Training Shoe Anchor/Vapor Size 5.5 I am still not a huge fan of the logo on the back of the shoe, but I do love the color Anchor/Vapor. It's a brown and grayish purple and very pretty in real life.  Fit- These feel true to size. They're snug and feel secure and stable which is what you want for strength training. They do feel very sturdy and the upper is thicker than what I am used to. There's a decent amount of padding around the ankles.   Happy Friday! My recent traveling trips made me realize the things I really need to pack in my carry on luggage. My trip from Raleigh, North Carolina to New York spanned 10 days and I only packed my absolute essentials. It was really hard for me not to overpack, but I stuck with my favorites and it worked out very well. Here are my top 14 items in no particular order. You need to have a wrap or oversized scarf for the plane and to help battle super cold conference rooms. My go to has been  Naked Cashmere  wrap or my Louis Vuitton Scarf .  Naked Cashmere Karlie Wrap Over the ear headphones - My pick are the Apple AirPods Max .
