Petite Impact

 Hope you all had a wonderful weekend! I stopped by Lululemon to see if they had the French Terry Cropped Full Zip for me to try-on and not only did they have it, they also had the matching shorts too! For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typically wear size 4/6 and XS/S in Lululemon tops and bottoms. I also wear size PXS in Athleta.  French Terry Cropped Full Zip Hoodie Downtown Tan Size XS French Terry Mid-Rise Short 3.5" Downtown Tan Size XS Hold Tight Tank (old) I'm kind of digging matching sets lately. Downtown Tan is a great neutral for summer. The French Terry feels soft to the touch, it's weighty, but it doesn't drape well. There's some stiffness to the fabric which I don't love. Maybe it would soften up over time, but for a hoodie I would prefer it to be soft from the start.  I'm wearing size XS and it does feel cropped because the waist is tight.   Happy Friday! I popped into Athleta last weekend and they had the new Jungle color in the store. It's a really beautiful dark green with a hint of gray.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typically wear size PXS in Athleta tops and bottoms. I also wear size 4/6 and XS/S in Lululemon. Seasoft Mid Rise 4" Short Jungle Size XXS (Top is an old BR linen tank) I have a pair of these shorts in a pretty mauve color from last year and I am loving them in Jungle. I'm going to wait for a sale because these are $65 retail. 😑 I would pay $40 max for these. They're really comfortable and I'm wearing size XXS. I could also swing size XS for slightly looser fit but I think the XXS looks great. These are mid rise with a 4 inch inseam. Battle of the bags! You asked I answered. This was a request from one of my subscribers who asked for a comparison review between The Row Margaux 12 versus Coach Empire 28. I took it one step further and added The Row Agnes 12 to the party. Coach Empire 28 I'm a big fan of the Coach Empire 28. It's a great size and you can't beat the value for the price. The Empire 28 retails for $550. The loved leather was a little bit more, I think $650 if I recall.  The Row Margaux 12 The Row is all about quiet luxury and the pricing is high.   How is everyone doing in this heat dome? It's been soooo hot and humid here in Atlanta right now and I heard it's even worse in NYC. My friends have been texting me that the heat index makes it feel 120!!! 😱 That's just crazy to me. It is super soft on the outside and the inside is soft French Terry.
