Small drop today. I added a few things to my cart that I'm considering. It's been so hot here and I'm sure most of the east and south are feeling very hot and humid the past few days so I am eyeing some more shorts. Going to see if I can try and hold off though! I can't believe it's been one year since my grandma passed away. I still miss her so much. 💔 I really debated on not posting today. Some days it just hits me hard; grief really does come in waves. My grandma was always super supportive of all my hobbies. I loved sharing with her everything I was up to. I majored in photography and she put up with my camera always in her face. She even loved my Blythe dolls when I was obsessed with them. I miss sharing things with her. She would ask how my blog was doing. I would have loved to have her in my recent Youtube videos. She had the best smile.  She would have loved hearing about my newest bag. It's hard not being in New York. The rest of my family are visiting her grave today. I wish I was there for it.   Happy Friday! I know what you're all thinking, denim in this hot humid weather? To be honest, I probably should have waited until fall to buy these, but I was looking for a lighter pair of jeans and this pair checked all the boxes. Sometimes it is hard to determine how fast petite sizing will sell out. This pair was exactly what I was looking for and I didn't want to chance it. For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typically wear size 27 in Mother denim. I also wear size 4/6 in Lululemon and size PXS in Athleta.  Lil Mid Rise Dazzler Ankle Fray Riding The Cliffside Size 27 It is so rare for me to find a pair of jeans that fit so well. I'm on the short end of the vertical stick and these hit exactly at the bottom of my heel. The inseam measures 25.5 inches. I do intend to trim some of the fraying. Lots of Mystic this week from Lululemon. I like the color, but feel like it's a repeat of an older color, maybe slightly darker and saturated. I found the new Vuori arrivals to be more interesting. I really wish there was a store closer to me. Athleta also dropped a new blue called Cornflower. A little too light and bright for my tastes but it's very summery. Did you get anything?
