Petite Impact

  You all know I love my bags, and as a Balenciaga collector, I don't often stray from the City and First style. The Rodeo (pronounced like Rodeo Drive) really caught my eye. It gives off a slouchy Hermes Kelly vibe, but way more practical to use.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall. Balenciaga Rodeo Bag Small The Rodeo can be carried a few ways. It comes with a crossbody strap that is not adjustable but it is removable. Not sure why anyone wouldn't add a few extra holes to make a strap adjustable these days. Come on Balenciaga! Do better! The top handle is a bit too long for this to work anyhow, I feel like the top handle gets in the way. It sticks out and doesn't sit well in my opinion. I wouldn't carry this bag crossbody unless it was an unforeseen emergency and I really needed my hands free. This bag looks more chic carried by the handle or crook of the arm. Happy Friday! Athleta's Smoky Rose (in Seasoft) is probably at the top of my favorite colors ever! I have Seasoft in parenthesis because it looks very different compared to the Pranayama Restore Wrap (it looks more brown than purple). That is a bummer because I was totally going to buy it in the wrap.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typically wear size PXS in Athleta. I also wear size 4/6 in Lululemon bottoms. Seasoft Short Smoky Rose Size XS (on sale $45!) I'm wearing size XS and it's true to size. It looks exactly like the models on the site. That said, the front and side profile looks very flattering. However it doesn't do anything for my backside. Makes it look a bit flat, which is fine since I wear a lot of longer tops when I wear shorts, so most of my bum is covered anyway.  Waistband is super comfortable and hits below my belly button. Lots of Sakura Pink and Gray Eucalyptus this week! I don't usually like pinks like this, but I admit, the  Scuba Cropped Anorak  in Sakura Pink looks really cute.
