How is everyone doing in this heat dome? It's been soooo hot and humid here in Atlanta right now and I heard it's even worse in NYC. My friends have been texting me that the heat index makes it feel 120!!! 😱 That's just crazy to me. Hope you're all able to stay indoors with some air conditioning.
For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typically wear size XS in Vuori. I also wear size 4/6 and XS/S in Lululemon. In Athleta I wear size PXS.

When I tried this hoodie on at the store, I loved it but not the price. It is super soft on the outside and the inside is soft French Terry. It's the kind of hoodie I want to wear when I'm indoors and the AC is blasting.
I'm glad I waited because it's on sale now for $94 and I'm wearing it right now as I type. 😅 The color is a summery blue. I'm wearing size small because I wanted a slightly longer length. I also tried on the XS as well just to compare.
I grabbed the Ocean Blue color in XS and it is a slightly slimmer fit, but I felt like it was too short for me. I'm used to a longer hoodie. Plus the Ocean Blue is NOT on sale.
The XS does look more flattering though. I'm at the age where I go for comfort and how I feel versus what looks more flattering.
When I saw these shorts on the rack, I grabbed it to try. The Villa Shorts in Sable look really nice paired with my Athleta tank top. I'm wearing size XS and they are so comfortable.

It gives a slight boxing short vibe but more elevated. 😅 I actually think it works! Plus when it's 100 degrees out, I don't think anyone really cares what you're wearing. They're quite flattering in the Sable color. I want them but they're also $74!! Plus tax will be over $80. 😫 Is that the new going rate for shorts these days?

Ooh, I love the Rivera Blue! That color is gorgeous!! I think the difference in size from the XS to S is negligible, at least in the photos. I'm the same. Everything is cropped right now, so I'm looking for length more than a perfect fit. I'm old enough to remember last time all the crop fits were in and as soon as regular length came back in style, the crop stuff basically all got donated. It was all so short compared to the regular length stuff, it was like, "What was I thinking?!" Hahaha. I don't follow trends as closely anymore, so if I see something I like, I'm trying to decide if I'd still wear it in a few years or if I should leave it at the store.

Hi stacy! True it doesn't look much different in the photos, but the small size does feel more roomy and slightly longer. I cannot wait for regular lengths to come back again. This cropped stuff is going on for way too long.
