  A couple of people have asked about my fitness routine and I thought now would be a good time to write about it since it's Frugal February and I finally have an update on my shoulder injury that's been bothering me since November of last year. I went to the doctor in January and was supposed to get an ultrasound on my left shoulder, but for some reason, they entered in an X-ray instead. Which to no ones surprise, it didn't show anything. I went through a bunch of range of motion/mobility testing and the doctor said it's very likely I have a shoulder impingement. Apparently, it's a pretty common injury where tendons along my shoulder are getting caught between bone when I'm lifting my arm up above my shoulder. My physical therapist says the muscles were probably overworked which then weakened some other muscles. I honestly couldn't follow all of it, but the doctor recommended four to six weeks of physical therapy and I have to do exercises 3 times a week on

  Happy Friday! We've got 11 days left to February. Frugal February challenge is going by so fast. Exciting news! Lulu finally dropped the  Scuba Cropped Hoodie  and I purchased sizes 4 and 6 for a fit review, because I'm dying to see this in person after a month of waiting for this item to drop. Full disclosure, I will be returning the hoodies and will wait for a darker color if I really love the fit. I ordered the hoodie in Bone and I already have a couple of off white hoodies and do not need another. For today's review, I was really curious to see how Aritzia's cashmere compares to Naked Cashmere. As some of you know, I have fallen in love with Naked Cashmere over the last couple of years. Happy Valentine's Day! We're officially halfway into Frugal February. How is everyone doing so far? I'm doing well. There hasn't been too much that's tempting me to pull the trigger. I feel like I can hold off for another two weeks. It also helps that if I do want something I just add it to my wish list. I'll revisit the wish list in March to see if there's anything there that I REALLY want to purchase and then I'll allow myself to do so. I'm looking forward to that. At least I'll know it won't be an impulse purchase. I'm trying to practice mindfulness and not let FOMO get to me. That said, Athleta's new arrivals has really piqued my interest, way more so than Lulu's recent drops, although today's drop was actually pretty interesting. Lots of new styles!
