Petite Impact

  How is everyone doing? I went to Avalon to make some returns and decided to do a couple of quick try-ons.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall. I typically wear size 4 in Lululemon tops and bottoms. For Athleta I usually wear size XS/PXS.  Multi-Cargo High-Rise Hiking Skirt Seal Gray Size 4 I thought this hiking skirt looked pretty cool in black, but the store only had Seal Gray in my size. The waist hits at my bellybutton and feels true to size. The 16 inch length falls just above my knees. The liner also measures 6 inches long. The skirt felt fairly comfortable with a drawstring tie to adjust the fit. The large pocket on the side definitely looks better in the black version, it just looks too big and bulky in the two-tone color. Overall, I liked the skirt but the price is steep at $98. I would wait for this to drop on WMTM.  Next up we have the  Softstreme High-Rise Straight Leg Crop . I'm wearing size 4 in the fitting room pictures. The length measures 24 inches long.

Happy Friday! Before I get into the review, I just want to thank everyone who chimed in on my last post . I didn't realize how many of you wanted to see new arrivals besides Lululemon. Your comments are really important and it does help me decide on what direction to take. This drop wasn't very exciting at all. I think the items mostly likely to sell out are the new colors in  Everywhere Belt Bag  and  Everywhere Crossbody Bag . I have got to run, but if there's anything else updated later tonight, I'll edit the post. So far, nothing for me! If this continues, I might have to start posting Athleta's new arrivals ... they seem more exciting?! Let me know what you guys think! Update - Wow, I'm surprised by the comments I received!
