Fit Review! Alala Everyday Hoodie!

Ever since I saw Agent Athletica's review of Alala's Everyday Hoodie, I decided to give it a try myself.  I admit, the price is kind of intimidating.  $145 for a hoodie?  What has this world come to?  I thought Lululemon's price increase last year from $108 to $118 was steep for the Scuba Hoodie.  At least when I lived in NYC I wouldn't get taxed on the Scuba since it was under $110.  But at $118 you get taxed on the whole thing.  Ouch! Anyway, I decided to pull the trigger and give it a try since I signed up for Orchard Mile, they give you $25 off your first order.  Free shipping and returns is always a plus AND no tax!  I got it for $120 even which is about the same as a Scuba Hoodie. For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches and size 2 in Scuba Hoodie III.  For the Everyday Hoodie I'm wearing size XS.  The fit is slim but very comfortable.  It's on the thin side which is fine since Hotlanta is currently 90 degrees.  I haven't worn a Scuba in forever

USA / Canada Upload! June 21st 2016

Nothing really calls out to me this week.  I see there's a new Vinyasa scarf with a cute braid detail but the price is not so cute.  $68!  I'm also interested in the Blissed Out Sleeveless Hoodie in either the black or the alberta lake.  I wonder if it's comfortable to wear with the high neck line.  One thing I don't like is that it's a pull over.  I'd rather it have a zipper. Blissed Out Tank in Heathered Alberta Lake This is interesting but so boxy don't think I could pull it off. 5 Mile Singlet in Tidal Trip Boom Juice Yogi Racerback III in Heathered Medium Gray Yogi Everyday Tank in Heathered Cape Red Free To Be Bra in Palm Camo White Nimbus Blissed Out Sleeveless Hoodie in Heathered Black Blissed Out Sleeveless Hoodie in Heathered Alberta Lake Restore Short Sleeve in Rugged Blue Wunder Under Crop Reversible in Hero Pipe Dream Blue Sun Runner Crop in Tidal Trip Boom Juice Sun Runner Crop i

I checked this morning, and looks like there was an upload sometime last night.  I wish the Trapeze Twist tank didn't have such a high neckline.  I love the back details but the high neck line is a deal breaker for me. Fit Review Friday! Resolution Wrap, Coast Wrap, Take Ten Hoodie!

Yesterday I managed to go to the flagship store on 17th and 5th.  First thing I spotted was the new Run All Day Backpack in neon pink.  Super cute.  I have to remind myself that I already have one and do not need another. Run All Day Backpack . Hoodies and wraps to try on. For this week's session I grabbed cozy looking sweaters and wraps to try.  First up the Resolution Wrap .  I grabbed it because of how soft it felt in my hands and the deep purple color works well with my skin tone. Resolution Wrap in Heathered Deep Zinfandel Size 4 For reference I'm 4 feet 11 and typically a size 4 in tops and bottoms.  For sweaters and hoodies I can sometimes get away with a size 2, but for the Resolution Wrap the store only had the 4 in stock.  I might have been able to get away with a 2 but I have no issues with the size 4.  It felt very cozy, comfortable and luxurious.  I was THIS close to buying this.  I'm sitting on it since it's still available onli

Store Visit to Lululemon Lab in NYC! Knitt Hoodie Review!

When Lululemon Lab opened up in NYC back in March I was a little upset that I was moving to Atlanta and wouldn't get a chance to visit the store anytime soon.  Well since I'm back in NYC this month I decided to make it a point to go.   50 Bond Street, NYC The store is very stark with black and white colors with a little beige here and there. Interesting hand bags, however they were not made by Lululemon. Women's clothing - geared for summer. More women's selections - black or white only Men's side of the store Since it is summer and getting hot and humid, I don't see the appeal of wearing black clothing.  I also do not have a job at the moment so the price points were totally out of my league.  The styles are all geared for office wear, which sadly I don't work in an office anymore so none of it appealed to me.  The only piece I thought I could work into my wardrobe was the Knitt Hoodie that came in black and white
