Happy Friday! As most of you know I'm a huge fan of Werkshop. I've only tried their triathlon leggings and haven't purchased their athleisure leggings until their Black Friday sale. I'm a size small in their triathlon leggings and wasn't sure if I would prefer the size xs or small since Tina Z says there is no need to size up in these. I bought both to try. For reference I'm 4 feet 11 and a size 4 in Lululemon bottoms. In Werkshop triathlon leggings I fit a size small.  Jackalope Size Small (my tummy is all scratched up from Neko. Totally accidental.) First thing I need to mention- the artwork on the Jackalope is so DOPE! Seriously amazing artwork. I fell in love with these at first sight. This pair is a size small and I think this is the right size for me in the athleisure leggings. Honestly, there isn't much difference between the xs and the small. The small feels like my Lululemon Align bottoms. The XS felt more hugged like the Wund

How is it already Friday again?! I finally placed a small order to Lululemon and another to Athleta. Will have some reviews up soon. I'm thinking full length will be more appropriate. I haven't ordered a new pair of Werkshop leggings in a long time. Maybe I'll order both and decide after. When I saw Werkshop's latest offering on Instagram I knew I had to have them. Ode To The Moon is one of my favorite releases from Werkshop. I ordered these in both the crop and full length to see which one I preferred. For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typically wear a size 4 in Lululemon bottoms and size PXS in Athleta. Can I just start by saying how awesome this print is? I love that I'm wearing someone's artwork. Werkshop reminds me of this quote by Oscar Wilde, "One should either be a work of art or wear a work of art." I have quite a few posts on my blog on how Werkshop fits so I'll keep it short.  For crop length the waist hits slightly above my belly button and the waist band is tight but will conform to your body after a few wears. The length of the crops hit slightly below my calves and because I have thin legs they are just ever so slightly loose. I do wish they fit me better in the calves but it doesn't stop me from w

I am super excited about my new Werkshop crops! I decided to go with crops for both pairs because I realize I do not wear the full length as much since the weather is pretty warm here all year round. Crops just feel cooler on my legs. Having some air movement around my ankles for some reason keeps me cool. That said, I really love how the full length looks on the Unicorn! It was a super hard decision for me, but I think I made the right choice.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches and typically wear a size 4 in Lululemon bottoms and PXS in Athleta. For Werkshop this translates to a size small.  Unicorn Crop Size Small The fit is the same as all my other Werkshop leggings. The very first time you pull on a pair, it is going to be tight. But after a bit, they do loosen up. Compression is medium for me. For the Unicorn pair, these are about 90% opaque. If you're wearing hot pink underthings, they will probably show through. OMG! 😍 This collection is absolutely stunning! Werkshop's latest is totally right up my alley. Unicorns, Elf, and Castle are my faves. So Lord of the Rings and Game of Thrones, am I right? And I'm super stoked about Game of Thrones season 7 which starts tomorrow!!! See all 6 leggings in this collection on Werkshop's website . Release date is Monday at noon eastern time. For months I've had my eye on Werkshop's Dark Sugar leggings in full length. My size small was always out of stock. So finally, sometime in January before my ban started they restocked and I jumped on it. For reference I'm 4 feet 11 and typically wear a size 4 in Lululemon bottoms. In Werkshop I prefer the size small. Full Length Dark Sugar These also come in crop length , but I prefer the full length for this particular print. The crop length is completely symmetrical on both sides, whereas the full length is slightly different on each side and I like that. Werkshop has complete photos of both from every angle for you to compare the two.  Werkshop is known to be very compressive so if you prefer your bottoms to fit casually I would go up a size. The downside for me is the full length is so long that the ankles tend to bag out, as you can see in the below picture. I'm debating on hemming these a few inches so they're not so long on me.

Just wanted to share a few photos of my Werkshop loot.  I know I've posted about Werkshop a lot, but I just love there colorful and playful designs.  It really brings me happiness every time I wear one of their pieces and my latest purchase really brings a smile to my face.  I can't wait to wear these out!  When I purchase Werkshop, I try to imagine myself wearing them out casually as well as to the gym.  If I can't see myself doing both, I back off from purchasing.
