Petite Impact

Happy Friday everyone! Today I have photos of recent purchases I made last week. I have quite a few reviews of Align Crops  on my blog and these fit no different from my other pairs. However, the fabric of the black currant and jaded pair feel a little slicker and not as soft as my older pairs. I'm not sure if my older Align Crops became softer with each wear and wash? I also purchased the Align Crops in jaded even though I have the alberta lake one as well. My alberta lake pair is holding up well and I love them so much I'm afraid eventually they will be worn out. When I first saw Carbon38's Sayang Collection , I fell in love with the Lovina Tank and Gili Hoodie . I ordered both to try.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches and typically wear a size 4 in Lululemon fitted tops and sometimes a size 2 if it's a loose fit top. For Carbon38's  Sayang Collection  I ordered XS for both tank and hoodie. Gili Hoodie  XS This is a very loose fitting hoodie, even at size XS I felt there was too much extra fabric all around. The length of the hoodie was fine, but the fabric didn't have a nice drape on me.  It looks a bit too bunchy for my taste. Overall, I was kind of disappointed it didn't fit me better because I did love the macrame detailing in the back. I thought the front of the hoodie looked okay, with the sleeves only a touch too long. Chase Me Onesie Size 2 Jaded I honestly did not have high expectations for this romper because of my petite frame. I expected this romper not to fit me at all because of my short torso, but much to my surprise the size 2 fit very nicely! I heard some say this is a size up item, but for me I actually fit a size down. For reference I'm 4 feet 11 and typically wear a size 4 in tops and bottoms. In this case, the size 2 fit me almost perfectly. Also wearing a Free To Be Wild Bra Believe it or not but this is the first romper I've ever purchased. I've always kind of brushed off rompers because of how bothersome it is to go to the bathroom. My friend gave me this advice, "Just don't wait too long to go." Trust me, I will take this to heart whenever I go out in this romper. My other friend told me it is a pain because you have to hold the top while you go and make sure nothing touches anything. 😂 Oh the things we do to look cute.
