I apologize for not being around the past few days.  My parents were in town and just left.  The whole weekend was a whirlwind.  My husband and I showed them as much of Atlanta as we could pack in the 72 hours they were here.  I think they liked Atlanta a lot.  The weather was 70s and sunny during the day and it was actually quite hot walking in the sun.  For November, the weather is amazing here. So, this is interesting that we have an upload on a Monday night.  I was not expecting this at all, but of course it makes sense.  Tomorrow is the big election everyone has been waiting for.  I'm actually quite anxious about it myself and I know I'll be glued to the television to see who wins. I may try and go to the store tomorrow, I'll see...  if not I'll place an order for a few items to try on.  Anything for you tonight? Happy Friday everyone!  My parents are coming to visit me for the weekend.  I am hoping to get to a Lulu store tomorrow morning before I pick my parents up.  Will the Align Crop in alberta lake come home with me?  We shall see!   So the first time I saw this sweatshirt/hoodie/jacket on Athleta's website, I was pretty obsessed with it.  I went to the store and tried on the charcoal gray version .  They didn't have the black at the store in my size so I went home and ordered it.  I had rewards from my Banana Republic card so I got it for $98 + tax.  Not a bad deal.   For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typically a size 4 in Lululemon Define Jackets.  For Athleta I'm usually a XXS sometimes XS in tops.   Down To Town Sweatshirt For this jacket I decided to go with the XXS.  The fit is definitely slim.  I won't be wearing more than a t-shirt underneath this.  The fit is a little snug in the armpit for me, but I decided to deal with it.  If you

I've done so many fit reviews on Werkshop lately but I know a lot of you wanted to see pictures of how the Crane leggings would look on a petite body, so here they are. For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches and usually take a size 4 in Lululemon bottoms.  I take a size small in Werkshop for a more casual fit.  These leggings are very compressive. Crane Full Length Size Small I originally purchased the Geisha full length, but they made me look short.  You can see my review of those here .  I exchanged them for Cranes.  I chose the full length over the crop because I wanted the full effect of the feathers.  The crop version cuts of some of the feathers off near the calves.   The colors are gorgeous.  They are mostly gray with a hint of blues and purples throughout.  The color scheme is beautiful.  I think the colors would look great for cold winter days and all throughout spring.  The fit on these is tight.  They are brand spanking new so the waist does give me a

This image just showed up on my Twitter feed.  I hope this means tonight we may actually get them.  I really dislike hi-rise but I would at least give it a try if they have this version.  I really like the purple/black mix of the Shibori.  I think it's a more original take from what we've seen so far... Happy November everyone!  I love the beginning of a new month.  So we have the return of black cherry and a new electric coral print.  I think I can safely pass on both.  Black cherry is another version of bordeaux drama.  Maybe slightly better but it seems a little too dark for me.  We'll see though.  If it comes out in the Align Crop I might get them.
