Petite Impact

I just got the email that their new collection is now live on their website.  The video is actually pretty cool to watch.  All the items are Splatter Reflective and designed for running the streets in the dark in NYC.  Luckily none of these items interest me since I don't run at right.  The prices are high which is expected, but those Speed Tights are really up there.  What do you think of this collection? When I first got them in my hands, I thought the fabric felt different from the marbled mix version.  If I remember correctly, the marble mix felt more soft and a bit of a texture to it, sort of spongy?  Can anyone verify that for me?  The florence version is smooth, no texture at all and reminds me very much of Werkshop leggings but without the compression. For reference I'm 4 feet 11 and typically a size 4 in bottoms. Speed Wunder Tight Nulux Florence Size 4 Here I'm wearing my normal size 4.  They feel like second skin, very comfortable at the waist.  It hits just below my belly button and no muffin top.  The waist band is very wide at about 3 inches.  As you can see the length is very very long on me.  The lace print is intricate and detailed.   Lululemon released a video describing the work that went into this print.  All the leaves and honeycomb were hand drawn and then graphically placed so every pair looks exactly the same no matter what size.

I saw this on my InstaStory last night.  I screen captured some images off my phone since it will disappear in 24 hours.  Oh and if anyone wants to follow me on Instagram I'm PetiteImpact on there as well. I don't really run at night so I can't see myself purchasing any of these items.  But it's definitely great if you do!  Now the question is, how much will they be selling for?

Happy Friday everyone!! I went to the store yesterday and they had the First Mile Jacket but not the 1/2 zip.  I am loving the jacket in darkest magenta!  Remember the purple from last year in the Down For A Run Jacket ?  This is suuuuuch a better combo in terms of color and fit.  I'm glad I never got one last year.  Of course the major difference is one is down and the other is fleece.  Warmth wise it's not the same, but I think I would get more use out of the First Mile Jacket.   For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches and typically a size 4 in tops. First Mile Jacket in Darkest Magenta  Size 2 I grabbed a size 2 in the darkest magenta to try on.  The fit is super slim.  The length is perfect.  Not too long in the back.  However, and this is major, the shoulders and back were too tight on me.  Sometimes I can wear a size 2 in outerwear, but not this time.  If I bought this I would have to get my usual size 4.   I love how the back looks perfect in terms
