Review! Beam Dream - Night Time Blend for Better Sleep. Does It Really Work?

Happy Friday! I'm still trying to get back on  track with my regular posting schedule. Coming off of a no-buy challenge and then going straight to New York was probably not a great idea. I should have a fit review of some sorts for Monday. 😅 In lieu of my usual Fit Review Friday, I have a post written by my husband. While I sleep like a log, he tends to twist and turn. He's not an easy sleeper while I love taking naps that last for hours. If you have a hard time falling asleep at night, you may want to keep reading.  Falling asleep has always been something of a challenge for me, especially on Sunday nights. I’m talking about having an issue with this for decades, before terms like “the Sunday scaries” saw usage. I used to also have a problem staying asleep. I’d say that over the last few years, that’s improved, but sleeping would sometimes cause me to have a panic attack. I’d start drifting to sleep, then my mind would do this stupid thing of thinking about how short life is

Review! Rothy's The Essential Pouch Desert Sand

Happy Friday! I don't have my usual fit review for you guys today, but I will have some pretty good ones coming next week. I'm still waiting for one more order to arrive, but this weekend I will be taking a lot of photos for more fit reviews. I'm crossing my fingers for some good weather. As some of you may know I'm a huge fan of Rothy's. I love them as a company and what they're trying to do with all the millions and millions of plastic bottles. I have about 6 pairs of their shoes and today I am reviewing my very first bag purchase from Rothy's.  The Essential Pouch Desert Sand Enjoy $20 off your first purchase with code  WELCOME20 . So while this isn't a full sized bag, it's a pretty decent sized clutch. Their bags are quite steep and I didn't love any of them enough to pay the price. That said, this clutch will definitely hold your essentials and more. Upon opening the box I was really surprised and delighted to how so

Double Post! Rothy's The Mary Jane & Athleta Stay Fly Windbreaker Rosario Pink!

When I saw these super cute Rothy's with a pretty bow on it, I instantly fell in love. I know the bow isn't for everyone because my sister in law just said she can't do bows. I'm in a girly mood right now and I think these would be great for spring. These are actually called the Mary Jane . I purchased my normal size 5 in Rothy's and the fit is perfect. My normal shoe size is 5 in flats and these are true to size. I also have very thin feet. I would suggest sizing up if you have wider feet. The Mary Jane Enjoy $20 off your first purchase with code  WELCOME20 . If you're a fan of The Point , you will love these. They're the same fit and essentially the same shape as well, just with an added bow on top. The bow can be a little tricky to tie, I'm not going to lie. The first bow, I got right on the first try. The second bow took me a little longer to satisfy my inner perfectionist. The nice thing about these is they come with a cle

Fit Review! Rothy's Kids Loafer Metallic Lattice Stitch

Happy Friday! How is everyone feeling so far? I'm a little sad the the holiday season is coming to an end. I know after this weekend it will be back to business as usual. Does anyone have any New Year resolutions? I've been thinking about them for quite a bit and will be discussing mine in the next post. For today I have a review of Rothy's kids loafers in their holiday metallic lattice stitch which is unfortunately sold out already. I was lucky enough to snag a pair. I have really small feet and can fit into kids shoes. Rothy's women's loafer is actually too big even in the smallest size. The kids version fits me perfectly. For reference I wear a size 5 in Rothy's The Point . I fit a size 4 in  Rothy's Kids Loafer . I also wear a size 5.5 in Allbirds Women's Tree Breezers .  Rothy's Kids Loafer  Size 4 Enjoy $20 off your first purchase with code  WELCOME20 . Right out of the box, the metallic lattice stitch is mes

Best of 2019! A Year In Review

I always like to end the year with a round up of my favorite purchases. 2019 was the year of wraps and On The Fly bottoms . I was obsessed. They were great for the office and on the weekend so I couldn't help myself to adding five pairs to my wardrobe. Every year, Aligns , Speed Up Shorts always top my list as my go to pieces for working out along with Sculpt Tanks and Essential Tanks so I won't cover those. Without any further ado, here is my top 2019 purchases in no particular order. I'll also link my review posts for each item for reference.
